Might consider staying again, but if I have to uber anyway, I can look at other options.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities that I was looking for.

Cons:

I was confused about the location. Would be great if the same pod that took me to terminal 5 could have brought me to the Thistle. I didn't get to enjoy a breakfast as my flight left too early. Found the directions to get to the pod a little vague.

The driverless pods.

Great value - don't be put off by the look of the building (inside and out)
Pros:

Excellent staff - very helpful and welcoming
Superb location when using the driverless pods between Terminal 5 and the hotel
Good steak frites

All of which off set the rather unprepossessing look of the building (inside and out)

Good experience let down by a little miscommunication
Pros:

Comfortable room, helpful staff and good room rate.

Cons:

Couldn’t get to Terminal 2 by public transport so had to take an Uber which added a cost I hadn’t budgeted for.

Value for money option for Heathrow Terminal. Easily accessible without a car.
Pros:

Location not bad but further than advertised. Hotel very clean. Restaurant good value.

Cons:

We thought the POD was free if you stayed at the hotel.

As a last resort it’s fine, but if you don’t have to, don’t stay here!
Pros:

The pod getting to the hotel was fun. Location is helpful

Cons:

Check in machines failed, so reliant on the staff, who seemed to find this task beyond them. Breakfast opens far too late for early morning travellers. No lift so carrying bags upstairs was not ideal. Room was clean but not soundproofed (at all) and extremely noisy Aircon.

The remote control air con in the room.
The breakfast. The staff, leaving baggage no fuss, unlike other hotels I have stayed in.
