Really easy to get to. The Pod for transfer to Terminal 5 was brilliant and really quick and easy to use.

The location is fairly convenient

Cons:

There was a lot of noise during the night - air-con, planes, pipes in the walls, someone showering next door (very loud - sounded like they were in our room!). Felt itchy in the bed, maybe to do with the washing detergent.

Perfect start for an early morning flight

A Decent Stay Before Our Trip to Central America via T5
Pros:

We had a morning flight from T5 and wanted a "relaxed" start to our holiday. So we researched, read the reviews and booked here.
Location is great. We went for the dinner and breakfast option when choosing the room. Dinner was okay, and, breakfast good. The staff were helpful and friendly.
We used the POD to get to the hotel and to T5. Excellent! A wee bit expensive, but, you only live once and we wanted to experience it!
Room was fine for one night.

Great location. Poor facilities.

Great location for Terminal 5

Cons:

Very tired room and lots of noise! The toilet cistern kept running after every flush. When a room nearby showered the running water could be heard very loudly gurgling in the room bathroom pipes. Definitely needed earplugs.

Reasonable Hotel Stay near LHR
Pros:

Layout of the hotel and ease to LHR terminals especially Terminal 3 for my flight departure.
With house keeping - you can request a nonslip bath mat for bathtub.
Nice lounge area to read, relax and catnap. I liked the decor of the building which had airport themes complimenting the hotel's location.

Cons:

Not wheelchair friendly. Only steep stair access to bar and restaurant.
Sad that this modern hotel falls short here.
