stay wise was comfortable but cleaning of the rooms was needed to be reminded bedsheet replacement

You’re paying for location, nothing more

The location is amazing. The sports bar area is clean and bright.

Cons:

The person working the self check-in was confused by basic questions. Main reception woefully understaffed for a Friday night in July, which I had to go to after self check in for a basic issue. Toilet in my room ran so much that I almost had to call reception (troubleshooted it on my own). Very tired rooms; they’re in desperate need of an upgrade. TV cable not properly plugged in (also not worth calling the understaffed reception).

We would never return.
Pros:

Not a lot, only the convenience of the pod to get to and from T5!

Cons:

Our first room we were given was filthy. Dust everywhere, broken lampshades, dirty and stained carpet etc. We went to reception and asked to move, hardly any apology just a few muttered words then given another room on the first floor. The room was still very outdated and dusty but the carpet was slightly better. The room was noisy, we could hear people all hours of the night in the hallway. No sound proofing for the planes flying over until early hours.
Dirty dishes and drinks glasses left in all the corridors. Bathroom was very tired and seal on shower was filthy. Taps and shower head old and corroded. It was just awful and in hindsight we should have asked for a refund and left after seeing the first room.

Pros:

Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr zuvorkommend. Es war ein schöner Empfang und ich muss sagen, ich fühlte mich sehr wohl.Sie haben eine sehr gute Art mit Gästen umzugehen.

Cons:

Mit den Pods zum Terminal 5 zu fahren ist sehr teuer...(8,50Pfund) Jedoch sehr schnell. Man kann auch mit dem Bus rechts am Eingang zum Parkplatz fahren. Es dauert hat etwas länger , ist aber vergleichweise billig.
