Children are welcome to use the pool area however those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult cannot supervise more than 2 children.The supervising adult must be physically in the pool.
Guests are advised due to the extremely popular Brighton location, at times traffic on Kings road and car park access can take some time. Please do consider this when planning your journey.

Lovely Hotel -stayed their on several occasions.

Fabulous location, staff couldn't be more helpful and the room, including the bed, was fantastic.
Some noise outside into the early hours.
The breakfast was superb, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and fantastic view of the seafront.
Friday night the Tide bar outside the hotel played loud music with thumping bass until 2:15am and we couldn't sleep.

On arrival we had an upgrade to a room overlooking the sea which was amazing. The views were stunning through the large bay window. The room itself was clean & very spacious. The hotel was pleasent & in a very good location. We especially liked the front & back entrances to both the seafront & lanes & the views to be had from the restaurant were lovely. It was our first time in Brighton & our stay at this hotel made it both pleasureable & memorable.
Easy to book, got a nice price & room upgrade. Hotel is beautifully decorated. Staff & facilities , rooms , breakfast etc were all excellent . Beds were super comfy & spacious. Bathroom & shower were spotlessly clean & had everything We needed. We stayed an extra night due to train cancellations this week & the staff on reception were very helpful & accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
Everything was excellent even though the hotel was fully booked. I can't find fault in anything we experienced.
I received a Courtesy call on the morning of our first day to ask if we were staying for a special occasion, we were it was a surprise for my husband’s birthday and to our amazement we were upgraded to a sea view room and had a bottle of wine given to us. This was such a lovely surprise and soo kind of them to do this for us we had the best time. Thank you all

Comfortable bed, good size room, complimentary waters and coffees in room, lovely resturant with friendly staff, great location. Handy to have parking directly below the hotel accessible by lift.
Spa was a generous name for the actual facilities offered. Sauna could seat max of 4 people comfortably, pool and general area very small with approx 5 loungers. Not a spa environment, children in steam room. Stains on carpets in room and wallpaper coming off, needed a refresh.
