Très bon hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

Super séjour. L'Hôtel est bien situé et les chambres sont propres. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon. Dommage malgré tout qu'il y ait autant d'attente pour les omelettes et les crêpes. A part cela tout était très bien. Nous espérons revenir un jour.

Nothing in hotel seemed to work unlike our last stay which was perfect

Entrance buttons to & from hotel didn’t work, water butts worked now & again, only one lift work, toilet in room did not flush properly, had problems at breakfast
Had to change key to room because it didn’t work

Pros:

Staff absolutely fantastic, we arrived after being caught up in the ATC outage cancelling all flights,had been awake for 24 hours at this point.....we were treated to a complimentary breakfast and then upgraded to a beautiful sea view room, my husband and I will never forget this kind gesture....we will definitely be back and recommend the hotel to all our friends and family.... Many thanks Leonardo you were fantastic 😊

Great short break to Brighton.

Fantastic hotel central to everything. Rooms are lovely, very clean. Staff are amazing, will definitely be my go to hotel, next time I am in Brighton.

Very dusty carpet and furniture
Pros:

The location is perfect, close to the lanes and always welcoming

Cons:

We had an executive suite and the cleaners had obviously only vacuumed the centre of the room, the edges and under furniture/dressing table were thick with dust. It was quite disappointing. We have recommended family friends who have a small child and I would hate to think they would have to put a carrycot on the floor with the thick dust. Other than that, great stay as always for the past 5 years

Will go again because of location, breakfast staff and breakfast

The hotel is v spacious and above all quiet with beautiful views of the coast and the pier. staff all v lovely and the breakfasts are 💯

Relaxing and enjoying stay!
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, rooms very comfortable, especially having a bath tub in our room. Lots of space in reception areas to be able to relax with a drink, eat or just take in the views!

Cons:

Only one lift working at the time of our stay.
