Good & Relaxing Stay
Pros:

Decent hotel for a short stay in Lucknow . The staff was extremely attentive to our needs and were well prepared to receive us promptly got a call one day in advance to check if we were coming and what time are we expected to reach

Cons:

The towels etc can be slightly more fresher and the food range for breakfast can be better

It was expensive for the place and needs to be more value for money
Pros:

The staff was very congenial and responded immediately to all requests. The room was neat, although deep cleaning of the room is required. The food was healthy, well presented and tasty. The comfort, safety and attentiveness was top quality.

Cons:

The amount charged by the hotel was more than promised by booking.com. There was a lack of coordination regarding the discounts promised by booking.com. repetitive reminders were required and even then it was not catered to completely.

Please don’t book this place. Might give you some STD.
Pros:

Nothing. The sheets were so so dirty and stained. There was hair all over. And even the ceiling was smudged with something like poo.

The size of the rooms and the location are excellent, and there is a laundry nearby

Cons:

The breakfast was not varied and the food was not delicious. I asked for the room to be cleaned, and the bed was only made and the trash was left in the bathroom. The bathroom was not cleaned

The Hotel met our needs.
Pros:

Was clean and tidy throughout, the staff were responsive and tried hard to deal with any requests/issues quickly. Breakfast service was good and very good value.

Cons:

We had no hot water on the first day but this was fixed for the other days, once we had reported it. The location is on a busy road and we were at the front of the hotel so a bit noisy.

I leave for work early and encountered a problem in room service as they start only at 7:30 AM, overall experience was not too great, in one sentence did not find value for money
