Stay on site 3 times a year, it’s a perfect base for us when we attend the motorcycle racing at Donington Park.

Great hotel, highly recommended
Pros:

Immaculate room and ensuite bathroom, comfortable bed, spacious, very friendly helpful staff, at the airport, leisure club nice to have, excellent social spaces eg the bar. Extensive parking area. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Cons:

There is nothing of any significance that I didn’t like. The leisure club is very small, you can’t really have a proper swim in the pool unless you’re on your own in it, and the communal changing rooms are a no for me, but it’s a bonus to have it all all. I did use it.

Very comfortable rooms. Nice atmosphere, but his attitude ruined it

Clean and spacious with the most amazing scent diffuser in reception. Friendly staff apart from one

Cons:

Rude night porter. Was very offhand and rude and seemed well above himself. Couldn’t even make eye contact when talking to us. Just very snappy. Also sign on reception fridge said no alcohol after 1am, but said that we couldn’t buy anything at 12. We showed him the sign that said 1 and he said “well it shouldn’t say that” By the time we returned to reception, he’d put a 1 on the sign so it read 11. Needs to come down a peg! Rest of staff were lovely
