Nice little hotel and good facilities in the main areas of the hotel.
We did not have aircon in our room and we stayed here during the heatwave. We found out that there are rooms with aircon, so make sure you ask before booking.
Clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly.
We have stayed here on several occasions to use as a base for a catch up and we love it.

Super friendly and helpful staff - shouldn't do, but these days that can take you by surprise. Room was big, comfortable and had everything required for a one night stopover. Parking reasonable at £7 per 24 hours.
Shower over bath, as opposed to walk-in but other than that all good.
Breakfast was excellent.

The attached health club meant excellent facilities if framed to a hotel standard. I am surprised that the club had actual paying members in there though given what else must be available in area
No air con and room felt warm. Book carefully if it’s height of summer as they supplied just one weak desk fan to control room temperature.

House keeping knocking super early
Requested breakfast in bed but it wasn't brought to me despite hanging my sign on the door by the time they said
No compensation or late check out for a 2am fire alarm. Thought the least they could do was give all the guests a free late check out since we were stood outside from 2am for an hour
