My flush on the toilet didn’t work , I inform them the 2nd date but cause I stay one more night noone fixed it.
Beautiful hotel in stunning grounds.
We were upgraded to a suite which was the size of an apartment.
It is a bit isolated from Haydock which is a short drive away. It is right next to the Motorway so does not take long to get back on the road even though it is secluded.

Little expensive for what it was
The outside of the building was attractive.
I got a latte from the coffee machine at breakfast and the milk was so off it was curdled and full of lumps. Unfortunately, i only discovered this after tasting it. When I pointed this out to the staff there was no apology at all. Just that they would change the milk. Very disappointed.
Great location if you want to racing. Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Nice small pool and reasonable gym for a quick travel workout.

The staff, room and breakfast were all very high standard. The hotel was very clean and the room was large and airy.
Nothing for the hotel. It was very busy and the other guests were very noisy and inconsiderate to other people sleeping.
We have Stayed at this hotel twice. The whole reason why we choose to stay again at this Hotel was because of one particular staff member on Reception. Her Name was Sarah and we were delighted to meet her again on our second visit. Sarah is very professional and her customer service is absolutely brilliant. We really enjoyed our whole visit and will definitely be staying again.

It was unfortunate that I stayed when two weddings were taking place. One of which started outside of my window very early.
With this came a lot of banging of doors, shouting down the corridor and kids running up and down the corridor.
Also, one of the towels in my room was still extremely dirty with something very unpleasant. Fortunately I was on my own and the second towels.was ok.
The property in itself was beautiful and in a beautiful location.
staying in the privilege suite adding an extra £36.80 to our booking I don’t feel it was good value for money. I was led to believe this suite had 2 separate rooms which wasn’t the case, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t great finding toe nails on the carpet and crumbs at the back of the bed.
