Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was very central and the in house restaurant was perfect for us as a big group.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy at night which is to be expected as it’s close to the bars and the action. Fine for young people happy to stay up late.

Small room but despite this it is ideal for a short, fuss free stay.
Pros:

Good location in the city centre and warm cosy atmosphere.

Cons:

Dirty windows so I couldn’t get a clear view to the outside. Our room looked on to a public carpark which was noisy in the morning with garbage trucks.

This was our favorite place in all of Killarney. The staff was so welcoming and kind and really made us feel at home.
