A huge thank you to Nancy, who looked after us from the moment we checked in. Her warm introduction and heart-warming assistance throughout our entire stay made us feel so welcome. She recommended so many incredible local places to eat, and when the tour we wanted to book was completely full, she immediately stepped in and found us a fantastic alternative.
We also loved our room! The beautiful flower arrangements and swan towels were such a lovely touch. The room has a great view, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the bathtub was amazing for relaxing. Thank you, Nancy, for going above and beyond to make our trip so special!
This was a lovely stay in a lovely hotel. The rooms are great and the location is good (about a 10 minute walk from the Old Town--not being in the Old Town is good as it's swamped with tourists). The staff are amazingly helpful and attentive. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation, but we knew this long before we checked in and the hotel did everything to communicate this well in advance. If I had one request it would be that the public areas (dining room, elevator, bar/waiting areas) were air-conditioned. Being there in the height of the summer with extreme heat and humidity, it would have been lovely to be in a comfortable environment (that was not our room) where we could enjoy hanging out and having a drink/eating and not feel crushed by the summer weather. I would recommend.

The hotel is close to everything on a nice quiet street. They have bicycles for free if you want to ride into old town. The breakfast was really good and they changed the dishes every morning so there was good variety. Our room was spacious and cleaned everyday. They have a delicious herbal tea drink I highly recommend. The staff were all very polite and friendly.
