Quiet comfortable and close
Pros:

The hotel is close to everything on a nice quiet street. They have bicycles for free if you want to ride into old town. The breakfast was really good and they changed the dishes every morning so there was good variety. Our room was spacious and cleaned everyday. They have a delicious herbal tea drink I highly recommend. The staff were all very polite and friendly.

Hello everyone! This is a fantastic hotel, located right in the center of Hoi An. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The interior is magnificent, in a traditional style. You really immerse yourself in the authentic Vietnamese atmosphere. The rooms are clean, with a comfortable mattress. The staff is very welcoming. I especially want to thank Nancy, because she created a really friendly atmosphere, welcomed me, and gave great advice. Also, the hotel has an excellent breakfast and food in general. Overall, I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Très bon rapport qualité/prix !
Pros:

L'hôtel propose de très bonnes prestations à tous les niveaux, petit déjeuner bien fourni, belles chambres, piscine sur le toit très agréable pendant les chaleurs. Le personnel est accueillant et très gentil. Le prêt de vélo est véritablement un atout notamment pour aller aux plages à travers les rizières, super ! L'hôtel est proche de la vieille ville, à peine 10 mn de marche mais au calme car au fond d'une rue.

Cons:

Le prix de nettoyage de linge mais une laverie très bon marché se trouve en face de l'hôtel

在過了免費取消期限後才收到泳池整修的通知，到了房間才發現真的非常吵，整修的噪音非常讓人煩躁。整體的住宿體驗覺得有點可惜！

Pros:

The room felt really high quality, nice design, and bed was super comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. In particular, Hannah helped us with everything we needed. We stayed at Grand Palace afterwards, and I have to say that the staff here was significantly more kind, sweet, and helpful. It makes a big difference.

Good value for a quiet boutique hotel with good facilities
Pros:

Comfortable boutique style hotel within walking distance of old town. Staff were very friendly and obliging, especially Hannah and Nancy.

Cons:

The pool is a bit run down and could use some maintenance. OK otherwise

Rooms were very clean, the staff were beyond friendly. Was in a great location, was quiet, but close to everything. The front desks girls Nancy, Tien, Emma and Hannah were so helpful with every single thing we needed. Would definitely stay there again, we loved it.

Great and an easy walk to explore the old town
Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. And a great breakfast buffet

Cons:

They started pool maintenance and it was very noisy. Needed to be done when guests were not there. I checked out a day early.

Stunning Old Quarter Hoi An hotel.
Pros:

Stunning restored, well located, colonial hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Beautifully appointed rooms, delicious breakfast, and fabulous location. We had a one night stay but could have easily extended our stay to a month.

Cons:

We loved everything to do with this stunning accommodation.
