Я очень довольна проживанием в этом месте! 😊
Pros:

Было чисто, персонал на стойке регенерации вежливый и милый, в комнате была огромная ванная комната и очень хороший кондиционер. Подушки и матрас очень хорошие. В номере был холодильник и микроволновая печь, кофе машины не было но я помогаю что можно было воспользоваться той что в главном холе. Место рядом с лесом и не далеко от магазинов, службы доставки работаю и доставляют по адресу.

The only thing good was that there was a gate, but it was never closed or locked

Cons:

I didn't like the homeless I didn't like the addicts out in the middle of the night. I didn't like the way people were acting. I didn't like the lack of service we was getting there. I didn't like the non-continental breakfast. I didn't like a lot of other things, but the rooms were very dirty and nasty. The floors look like they haven't been mopped in months. It was horrible. The drains were full of hair gunk and all that so they wasn't even draining properly. I literally had to fix it myself and I sent the pictures just to have proof I cleaned all that out of the thing that goes inside of the drain just so the water could drain out for us to brush her teeth.

Staff was ok.

Cons:

Asked for none smoking, room was no smoking but it has been smoked in it. Tunned heat on it i smell like burn. Went back to front desk told them cancel reservation give me a refund. Apparently the girl at fromt told me is all set but booking cant get the refund. Hotel andcarea not worth it.
