Un hotel con mucho potencial, pero algunos detalles impidieron que la estancia fuera excepcional.
Pros:

El personal fue excepcionalmente amable, atento y servicial durante toda nuestra estancia. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, la comida del restaurante fue buena y el muelle sobre la laguna era un lugar tranquilo y hermoso para relajarse y disfrutar del paisaje.

Cons:

Los mosquitos fueron un problema importante, especialmente el primer día. Una excelente atención por parte del hotel sería ofrecer un pequeño repelente de mosquitos de cortesía al momento del registro y vender frascos adicionales para quienes los necesiten. El agua caliente era inconsistente, las escaleras hacia los edificios inferiores eran resbalosas y tenían poca iluminación por la noche, y la habitación carecía de amenidades básicas como cafetera, microondas y tazas para café. Además, al estar alejado del centro, los traslados en taxi pueden resultar costosos.

Pros:

Probabilmente perché luglio è bassa stagione c'erano veramente pochissimi ospiti, ma questo si è tradotto in un'esperienza davvero esclusiva e memorabile. Abbiamo passato due giorni interi sul piccolo molo con amache e reti sull'acqua praticamente da soli dalla mattina alla sera. Servizio veramente gentilissimo, disponibile ed attento da 10 e lode. Graditissima la possibilità di noleggiare gratis il kayak con giubbotto di salvataggio.

Cons:

La camera all'arrivo non era pulitissima, soprattutto il bagno. La posizione, se non sei in auto, ti costringe a dipendere necessariamente dai taxi e dai pochi uber che ci sono in paese. Però chiaramente la posizione isolata ti consente di avere più tranquillità sul lago, quindi è un compromesso di cui tenere conto. Ma indipendentemente da questi aspetti secondari rimane una destinazione da sogno.

Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica, realmente vale mucho la pena la entrada a la laguna, el préstamo de kayaks y lo alejado que está de la multitud. El restaurante es algo costoso pero la comida y la atención fueron excelentes.

Cons:

Las fotografías no son reales a las instalaciones. No los todos los servicios que ofrecen están disponibles, por ejemplo los jacuzzi. No te explican que tienen alberca y vapor disponibles, nosotros nos enteramos y en nuestra última noche. El personal no es amable.
