Good stay, good location
Pros:

Comfortable bed, spacious room, nice location, staff were friendly.

Cons:

No view from room (it looked internally over the hallways), it is not soundproof at all, can hear all your neighbors, housekeeping didn't even empty the bins in my room once during my stay.

Warning: Issues with unauthorized credit card charges. I was targeted for charges multiple times, and despite notifying the front desk, they were dismissive and unhelpful. The attempts continued for the rest of my stay. Management needs to address their payment security and staff training immediately

Had great expectations for my room stay but was disappointed to find it dirty
Pros:

Staff members and Manager on duty the morning of Saturday. The manager on duty listened to my concerns and sent a cleaning person right away so that when we came back from our event our room was much cleaner and tidy. We also requested for large towels, the ones we got were too small for my husband who is a large person.

Cons:

The location of the hotel to start off. Many homeless and people using drugs outside of the hotel. Once we got inside our room, there was a strong musty smell in the air followed my dirty night table, coke left on a window sill and roach in the bathroom.

Pros:

Perfect location. It is very close to Bourbon St and walking distance to the French Quarter and all restaurants.The room was very comfortable and the AC was great.

Cons:

The parking space is very small and limited. The housekeeping could improve, the floor was dirty, very dusty and with long hairs and I found 3 cockroaches in the bathroom, they looked like they had been there for a couple of days.
