Convenient, friendly and clean hotel in central NOLA
Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location, good working AC in July. I would return again.

It was a waiste of money no rest.

Friendly reception

Cons:

Room phone didn’t work.
Noise on floor was so loud all night I didn’t get any sleep. When I went all the way to the desk at 4:00am there wasn’t anything done about the noise.

The man at the front desk was great. inquisitive about our stay and very polite. the lobby was beautiful, and clean for the most part…

Cons:

the hotel room was dirty. it looked like the floor had never been cleaned. the bed smelled stale. I’m not an uptight freak, i’m not lying when i say the room had a disgusting funk to it, reminiscent of old feces and weed smoke. The bathroom was incredibly hot the whole time, and there was a crusty rag hanging up on the shower, which was also unimpressive.

Mold and no accountability. Do not recommend.
Pros:

Overall budget hotel location convenient but room was full of mold. My husband got very ill. No empathy or concessions. We had to check out and move hotels. Vacation ruined.

I would definitely stay again but will check the linen

Everything to be exact. Great location, Friendly staff, helpful staff

Cons:

The linen was completely clean, and the rooms aren’t completely sound proof. I could hear the couple arguing when I pass in front the room n I could hear the couple next door talking

It was very clean location was fair to where I was trying to get to and from for walking distance

Cons:

microwaves downstairs and you have to ask for housekeeping they don't come through and check on daily basis to see if you need towels for toilet paper or anything you have to go downstairs and ask
