Alojamiento acogedor y bien ubicado

Sí, nos gustó mucho. Estaba limpio, era cómodo, tranquilo y tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Quedamos muy satisfechos. ¡Muchas gracias!

Cons:

En general, nos gustó mucho el alojamiento y no tenemos ninguna queja importante. Como única sugerencia, aunque dispone de una cafetera italiana, sería un detalle dejar un poco de café, azúcar o algunos sobres de café soluble para el primer desayuno. Sabemos que hay bares muy cerca donde tomar café, pero mientras uno se arregla o se prepara para salir, ese pequeño detalle haría la estancia aún más agradable.

Ubicación,comodidad,limpieza y amabilidad del personal. Tener posibilidad de coger parking incluido en el precio tratándose del centro de Sevilla,es genial

Al ser un ático es muy luminoso,pero le faltaría unas cortinas o sistema para poder quitar algo de luz sobre todo al amanecer y en la siesta,porque hay demasiada luz.y que no tiene tostadora

Cons:

Elegimos este apartamento por las fotos, el precio y la ubicación, pero la experiencia fue bastante mala.

Llegamos a las 14:20, cuarenta minutos antes del check-in, sin haber recibido los códigos de acceso. Nos dijeron que la habitación todavía se estaba limpiando y, al preguntar cuánto faltaba mientras esperábamos en la calle con casi 40 grados, la persona que nos atendió se limitó a responder que faltaban cuarenta minutos para las 15:00. La sensación fue que no nos permitirían entrar antes bajo ningún concepto. Además, al acceder encontramos bastante polvo y suciedad acumulada, por lo que la explicación de que seguían limpiando resultó poco creíble.

Lo peor fue el descanso. El aire acondicionado hacía un ruido insoportable y tuvimos que elegir entre apagarlo y pasar calor o soportar el ruido. Informamos del problema y al día siguiente acudieron a revisarlo o repararlo. Es cierto que después hacía algo menos de ruido, pero por la noche continuaba siendo muy molesto y volvimos a descansar mal.

A esto hay que añadir varias cucarachas en el baño, de las que tenemos fotografías, y una discoteca justo debajo del alojamiento, con muchísimo ruido y gente en la calle hasta las cuatro o cinco de la mañana. Comunicamos todos estos problemas por WhatsApp; la respuesta fue educada, pero más allá de revisar el aire acondicionado no recibimos ninguna solución.

La decoración es bonita y está cuidada, pero en un alojamiento lo más importante es la limpieza, el descanso y la calidad del servicio. Por el precio que tiene, no está a la altura de lo que ofrece.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente, está en pleno centro de sevilla con todas las comodidades cerca. Zona llena de lugares de ocio, compras, restauración... La atención ofrecida ha sido de 10, la comunicación excelente, contestan muy rápido los mensajes y te buscan solución enseguida. Llegamos desde Gran Canaria a las 9 de la mañana y los avisamos para que custodiaran las maletas hasta la hora de entrada, pero para nuestra sorpresa ya tenian el apartamento listo para que pudiéramos entrar. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Sevilla volveré a reservar con ellos.
