A bit disappointing, but nice location.
Pros:

The location is very convenient. It's close enough to the station and there are stores and things nearby. They have free coffee in the lobby.

Cons:

The bed is extremely hard and you only get one pillow. You can easily hear the other guests talking from your room. I chose this hotel because of the onsen, but inside the onsen is so hot it's hard to breathe or really stay in the bath for very long without getting over heated. The price of the hotel did not justify the quality of the onsen. I'm glad I was only staying one night.

青森駅から徒歩圏内で温泉があってコスパが良いホテルでした。

Cons:

入口からホテルまでの移動の動線が長くて、少々シャビ―な感じがしました。

安い時に泊まりたい（今回は安かった）
Pros:

なんといっても温泉。古いし種類が多いわけでもないが、街中というロケーションでは十分に満足のいくものだった。

Cons:

汚いわけではないのだが、全体的にかなり古い。そして部屋が狭い。ただ、どちらも致命的なものではなく、総合的には満足した。

歩く長さ以外はすべて合格点です。
Pros:

朝食はとてもよかったです。

Cons:

温泉、レストラン、駐車場までの距離が長く、身障者としては大変さがありました。
それでも来年はまた泊まります。
