Highly recommend
Pros:

Khách sạn đẹp,sang trọng, lễ tân chu đáo, mọi thứ đều ổn , phòng ốc ở vị trí trung tâm đẹp, đi đâu cũng tiện, khu vực xung quanh rất an ninh với nhiều shop quần Áo đẹp, sẽ quay lại đây, giá phòng rất tốt vs dịch vụ . Rất gần với Aeon Mall . Tina, Bella, Elly rất dthuong . Rất recommend khách sạn này

I just wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

The pool was ok.

Cons:

It was a very filthy hotel and was probably one of the most expensive we stayed in over 3 wks.

Find another place.
Pros:

I cant really recommend this hotel.
We took it for one night and i am glad just for one.
It was one of the only ones available on a festival night and I now understand why.
Location is bad, far from the bridge or the beach, pretty expensive, beds are awful, staff not welcoming, as on other hotels in the city.
Rooms are tiny.
Hotel is right on a huge construction site that makes lots of noise starting 6 am
I wouldnt come here again and can’t recommend anyone to come here.

Pros:

Just chked in hotel at night around 9.30pm.. restaurant r closed they even dont provide cutlary to ur room.. asking the guest to come down to reception nd collect it..

- Ăn uống theo booking giữa HT và KS ko rõ ràng
- Đặt phiếu ăn Bfe giữ Lễ tân và PT quầy bfe không thông tin dẫn đến bắt khách chờ chực tại quầy
- HT thang máy lên xuống chạy thẳng mặc dù khách đã nhấn chờ....
=> Nhân viên chưa chuyên nghiệp theo PA làm việc nhóm và theo hệ thống, kỹ thuật và việc cầu thị đón khách còn ở mức thấp.

When in Da Nang
Pros:

My parents stayed at G8 Luxury Hotel for nearly a month while recovering from an accident before returning to the United States, and I stayed there with them as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better place during such a challenging time.
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Everyone was incredibly courteous, kind, and always willing to help with a smile. The service was exceptional throughout our stay.
The hotel itself was comfortable, peaceful, and provided the perfect environment for rest and recovery. It truly felt like a home away from home. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and hospitality shown to our family and highly recommend G8 Luxury Hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing stay.
