Our stay was excellent great location, within 15 minutes to RVH
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Service was good. It was quiet.

Cons:

The carpet needed cleaning , my socks felt sticky and were soiled.
Bathroom floor felt sticky.
I haven't received my receipt

Déjeuner inclus, situation géographique, personnel accueillant

Cons:

Propreté douteuse, air climatisée bruyante, moisissures au plafond et dans la salle de bain, rideau de douche bon pour la poubelle, aucune ascenseur. Impossible d'accéder à la piscine et au bain à remous, il y avait trop de monde et des enfants avec des jouets gonflables...

We wont be back
Cons:

Construction 24/7 .. would have been nice if someone told us the loud construction banging goes on 24 hours a day. No one even offered a room on the other side of the building even tho cleaning staff said there were available rooms across the hallway. Totally unacceptable to put someone in the noisy room when there were quieter ones available

Pros:

Room and bed was very comfortable.. didn’t have breakfast. The staff were very nice, professional, and pleasant to deal with.

Cons:

Heated pool is NOT true. Pool was very cold, ladder rungs broken.. hot tub was right but very cloudy.. not sure if treated correctly.

Was just ok.
Cons:

Variety could improve. Area to get and prepare food extremely crowded. Not sure if food was cooked in site or delivered and microwaved. Security quite lax. Often no one at front desk. Anyone can gain access.

Not worth it
Pros:

Location was nice. Kid loved the pool. Staff was nice. I dont have anything else better to say.

Cons:

The room was bad. Stains on the sheets/duvet/curtains, the outlets/charging ports near the bed didnt work at all, there was someone elses food left inside the pull out bed, the bathroom was disgusting. Mold on the shower grout, paint chipping off everything. It was a DIY Reno gone wrong. I think my kid could do better renovations

Cheaper hotel but mediocre at best.

When we arrived our room was at 28 degrees, no one had bothered to to get the air conditioning going.
When we ran the hot water, there was none. We had to go to the front desk for help
