Bad experience at the hotel , the staff was a liar .
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great . And of course they don't charge for parking .

Cons:

The hotel is old and not clean at all . There were yellow stains all over the beds and the shower curtains turned yellow. All the towels were cream colored too but washed .
All of these can be ignored. But one thing is really bad was the staff who checked us inn . The girl who was on duty on the 18th July morning shift (didn't share her name) lied on the face . About the booking and about booking.com . She wasn't helpful and said booking.com gave me wrong information about my booking . Gave me a room that I didn't book. I even wanted to upgrade with money but she was absolutely uncooperative. That absolutely destroyed our mood of the weekend. Later another staff named Joth (sameday afternoon shift) fixed my room when I came up with my information. I was right with the right booking info throughout. She was disturbing. Extremely bad experience. Why lie ????

Overall it was good
Pros:

Staff was friendly and rooms clean. Within walking distance to where we had to go

Cons:

Breakfast hours should be 7-10am not 6-9. Kids don’t wake up that early

Gross - would not return
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The hotel was grimy and gross. The first room I was given didn’t lock from the inside. The second room (that I stayed in) was 25 degrees, the mattresses were stained, there was a drawer that didn’t close in the dresser, the table was lopsided, the shower was grimy with the last person’s soap still there.

Cons:

Smelt like someone was constantly smoking weed. The smell overwhelmed the hallways and our room. Not good especially when I had my children. No elevator. Pool closed earlier than displayed without real reason. The door to our room was horrible it looked like it hand been kicked in before with no proper seal. Even though I had to hip check the door to ensure it was closed and then locked i did not feel secured.

It was okay and did the job. But not worth the price
Pros:

The location was near a tim's, and very close to highway so it was easy access to leave and get there. We arrived a little early and the room was ready. It did it's job for break from driving.

Cons:

It seemed run down, for the money spent I would have liked to see upgraded look. It seems like nothing has been done in years, tub was yellow, peeling and just overall made it look dirty. It seemed old musty.. But again understandable for older hotels but for the price it was disappointing. The stairs were challenging to see if someone was coming or not, and not wide enough to fit multiple people trying to go up or down...
