Pros:

The free shuttle to the mall was great. Beds were super comfortable. The staff was nice and kept the hotel very clean.

Awesome!
Pros:

Was able to get a chicken wrap and fresh fruit bowl in the to go section, because we had to leave for check in at an event at 5am.

No doors on showers

Pros:

Good location, comfortable beds and sofa bed, nice pool

Cons:

Room was not cleaned well. There was garbage in the trash can when we got to the room and some pieces of trash in the corner and under the bed.

A HIDDEN GEM YOU WON’T REGRET
Pros:

The bartender Henry was amazing as usual when we stay there. Mary was also as attentive and sweet during breakfast as usual. Those two staff members alone always make my stay a wonderful one and like always, I will be back.

Had a rough first start when checking in, had issues with my room payment not showing up properly and almost had to pay
Pros:

I love the lobby and the rooms were very nice and comfortable and clean to stay in, loved the bathroom Bluetooth speakers!

Cons:

Had issues when I first arrived and I’m thankful I have a strong voice to advocate for myself, the staffing fixed the mistake and all was taken care of

Good but needed housekeeping and free breakfast
Pros:

The check-in gentleman was super helpful. I kept getting texts apparently from the property which would have been nice if they would have answered my reply. It was clean and well kept.

Cons:

We never got fresh towels in the 3 nights we stayed. We asked for them in reply to a text with no response. They never cleaned our room even though we left when they were in our hallway. The toilet didn’t flush right. The breakfast was too expensive for what was basically a normal hotel breakfast. The location is VERY close to airport. Planes coming all day.
