A good base for exploring the Minneaapolis area
Pros:

The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of foods from yogurt and fruit to eggs and sauages, all of good quality; the price was reasonablle. Our room was spacious and clean ans the bed was very comfortable. The location close to the airport, Mall of America, and public transit was convenient. The staff were unfailingly welcoming and helpful. When rain threatened a wedding we were attending the hotel loaned us umbrellas that saved our day (Thank you Mary!).

Cons:

Communication at the corporate level was poor. I asked twice before our arrival for info on where to meet the shuttle but never received an answer. With good signage in the MSP airport we figured it out and a call to the hotel prompted quick arrival of the shuttle. So don't waste time on internet messaging, just telephone the hotel.

Es limpio solo a la llegada, pero para que te hagan el housekeeping, ni siquiera pidiéndolo tres o cuatro veces, te lo hacen. Bastante ruidosos, los aviones se escuchan muy fuerte. Como no tienen alfombra las caminadas y los niños jugando en el piso de arriba no dejaban dormir

The staff were great while we were there. The rooms were excellent and comfortable and check in was simple.

Cons:

Breakfast could be included in the price. I paid for breakfast expecting it to be above other hotels that include breakfast in the price. It was not. It was a good continental breakfast but not even the best hotel continental breakfast I've had, and this one I had to pay for. It was still good, don't get me wrong but I expected a higher quality, or even more options for one I had to pay for separately.
Second, I left my expensive cologne there in room 435 and called for them to ask if they found it. You couldn't miss it as it was the only square shaped fluid filled chunk of glass sitting on the counter in the bathroom under the mirror. I have yet to receive a call that they found it so I may pick it up or have it shipped to me. You should not have to worry about theft when you stay in a hotel this nice. This is the only reason I would second guess staying with the Cambria Hotel again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were looking for a hotel near the Mall of America, and the Cambria Hotel exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was amazing. The staff was so welcoming and attentive, and I especially appreciated the follow-up text messages checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. That small touch really made us feel taken care of.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The pool was great, and the all-you-can-eat breakfast for only $11 was definitely worth it! The beds were SO comfortable, and the pillows were honestly some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. After a long day, it was so nice to come back and get a good night’s sleep.

The TV was also a nice size, although our only suggestion would be to upgrade to Smart TVs so guests can cast and stream whatever they want to watch.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend Cambria Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay near the Mall of America. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Overall, impressive and a great place to stay.
Pros:

Location & free shuttle between the hotel, airport and Mall of America (all short commutes) were great! It was also helpful to have a public transportation hub steps away which had easy access to the state fair during our stay (much easier than driving or using rideshare). The facilities were also very well kept and clean. Beds were also very comfortable & we enjoyed the Bluetooth mirror and alarm clock.

Cons:

The sound coming from the room above us (we were on 4th floor) was extremely easy to hear and all night long we heard stomping and jumping around which made it very difficult to sleep. It would have also been nice to know about happy hour in the on-site restaurant which we missed out on only seeing a sign as we checked out. It would be nice to know if guests are allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages at the restaurant and take them to their room with their to-go orders as well.
