Нам всё очень понравилось.
Сервис и качество здесь лучше, чем во многих других отелях.
Расположение тоже очень удобное — рядом со всеми парками, и в то же время недалеко от аэропорта.
Особенно заслуживает похвалы работа беллбоев — они помогли донести наш багаж прямо до номера.

Cons:

Не понравилось то, что бассейн оказался скорее для вида.
Мы выбрали этот отель именно потому, что увидели бассейн на фотографиях, и думаю, многие гости тоже выбирают его по этой причине.

Номер в отеле не соответствует брони
Pros:

Мы забронировали номера бюджетные при приезде нам сказали заселяться в подвале. Вес подвал это бюджетные номера. Мы доплатили сверху деньги чтоб заселится в 3 и 4 этажах. При брони будьте окуратно. А то заселять в подвал где сыро и конализацией воняет.

Номера в подвале они очень влажные и канализацией отдают

Cons:

We booked online and received confirmation to stay at this hotel. We even called to confirm our reservation ahead of time. When we arrived, we were told that they don’t take bookings through booking.com and that there was no space available. Not ideal

Отличная гостиница, в целом остался очень доволен своим пребыванием. Номера чистые, уютные и комфортные, персонал также заслуживает отдельной похвалы: очень вежливые, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь.

В целом, это одно из лучших мест, где мне доводилось останавливаться. Обязательно вернусь ещё

Cons:

Единственный небольшой минус гостиница расположена чуть внутри улицы, и иногда бывает много машин, что может создавать небольшой дискомфорт. Но это незначительно по сравнению с общим качеством сервиса.
