The ambiance was amazing 👏 and I love how they customize my room for my birthday. The food was good and the environment was clean. The staff was welcoming especially the bell man. I enjoyed getting chauffeur in the Rolls-Royce to the spa. Everything about my stay screamed luxury.
The only thing I would say was their was a misunderstanding about the tab I opened up to my room that allowed for food and drink to be charged to my room instead of paying each time I ordered from the restaurant or bar was not added and so even with funds on my account I had a staff that came to me that I left the restaurant without paying for my meal....that was very embarrassing for me and it was done in the presence of other guest. It was sorted and I was given an apology but I would not want this for another guest so I would recommend all staffs charging guest should be able to see each guest account to determine this information and the information should be congruent to what is at reception throughout the hotel.
Breakfat was buffet style but everything was very fresh and well prepared. The hotel was very clean and my bed was exceptionally comfortable.
Room service menu was very limited and overpriced.
Hotel is absolutely stunning
Even though I paid full price, I was unable to use facilities in the wellness centre as it was undergoing refurbishment. I was looking forward to this after a 5hr drive to the hotel

The leisure facilities was closed but there was no mention of this at the time of booking which is why we booked
Our evening meal breakfast was outstanding. The staff were very tentative nothing was too much. Just an excellent stay. We will be back
Staff in the restaurant were lovely, the grounds were well kept and we had a lovely walk, spotting deer in the sanctuary.
A hotel and spa that did not have a spa available to use . We were offered the other spa at an extra cost and when I asked for a reduction in cost was refused , even a complimentary drink!!

Although we had paid for breakfast it did not start until 0800 hrs and we had to leave earlier , we manager to grab a couple of yoghurts' .
Air con in room was ineffective over night therefore the room was stifling to try and sleep in .
Everything! From the beautiful rooms, grounds and very well equipped Spa- to the amazing friendly service from the staff
