-one of the 2 rooms is not ready upon arrival and check in time, was advised that it will just take a few minutes but it took longer so we just went out for an early dinner
-requested for extra mattress few weeks before check in as well as a cot but everything was not ready upon arrival. Was assured it will be delivered to each room and also informed that the extra mattress is free of charge.
When we returned to the hotel was told that it will be an extra charge for the requested mattress.
Have to call few times to follow up to deliver both mattress and cot in our room. But then it turned out that they can only provide for 1 cot. When they delovered the mattress that was been requested, attached is a bed.
Have asked the staff if we can only have the mattress cuz it will be safe for our 2 yrs old baby to sleep on the floor but was told that they cant do that because the mattress is framed/attached to the bed. We can see that it was not framed and can easily dettached.

Plunge pool looked dirty and the room had a big leak

Rooms are nice and staff are nice.
There was construction nearby and noisy and I had to ask to move. It didn't help much. If id known there was construction I would have picked any of the hundred other hotels in Makati.
Das Zimmer war groß. Das Bett ebenfalls und auch gemütlich.
Es war sehr laut, nachts war kaum ans schlafen zu denken. Lärm von der Straße, knallende Türen also das Rundumpaket. Ich habe selten in zwei Nächten so wenig geschlafen.
Die Sauberkeit ließ was den Boden anging ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten nach nur ca. 1 stunde im Zimmer Pechschwarze Füße. Auch die Bettdecke und Handtücher waren voller Flecken.
