It was dirty and they asked for a safety deposit that they promised to reimburse within 15 days, it's been more than 15 days and I haven't received the refund.

Great location and value for money (I just didn't like their eco-unfriendly towel policy)
Pros:

Very close to Millenium Park.
Breakfast and dinner restaurants (independent) next door.
Comfortable bed

Cons:

The air con unit is a little old and needs updating
Noise from the train which is very close.
There are signs up everywhere saying that Wyndham wants to be as 'green' as possible so for people staying longer than one night, they won't replace the towels. I was the for 3 nights and the used towels were changed every day. If you're going to present an image of trying to be green, do it!

Need to maintain bathrooms. Not recommended to Family.
Pros:

Frankly nothing Good. Congested room.

Cons:

Frankly location Good, but zero maintenance, too old building. Never saw this kind of bathroom. It's very Bad, water leaking to entire floor. Not centralized A/C. Box type, Noise entire night.

Very clean property. Huge bed in lovely clean room. Lovely staff.
