Recently renovated. Modern and clean
The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful
The hotel itself is ok looking however the staff are unhelpful. I had an issue with the A/C in the room which made so much noise i could hardly sleep. After reporting nothing was done until check out all the receptionist could say was sorry! They apparently couldn’t give me single room even after informing them prior that my booking changed from twin room. Breakfast is also very mediocre. Overall i wouldn’t recommend no one to stay here.
we went to Londin Ontario wirh family, attending a memorial service.
The rooms were clean and convenient, the bed was wonderful! Showers were great. An excellent breakfast served with humor and personal attention by ROSE!!

Unresolved issues i.e. noisy aircondition that i reported but nothing was done. I barely slept both nights. All the receptionist could say was sorry 🙄

The location behind the peeler bar is not ideal and the entry way is congested.
One of the Tesla chargers needs to be replaced as it will not handshake with Tesla. The charge plug was spliced on and is not functional leaving only one reliable Tesla charger. Availability of charging is one of the main reasons that I pay more to stay at this facility. Without it, I will use one of the other, less expensive alternatives with the more respectable, less seedy entrances.
We especially liked the friendly vibe from every staff member and the cleanliness of every area of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of hot and cold options. A shout out to both Donna and Rose for ensuring that breakfast was the best it could be. The front desk staff Shaikeilia and Shivam made us feel welcomed and were very courteous and thorough covering everything we needed to know. The rooms were very spacious and Coralee and her housekeeping staff are very thorough when preparing and keeping hotel clean and rooms stocked. Very happy with our week stay and will return.
The hotel was top shelf in every way. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
Great place happy friendly staff enjoyed our stay felt like little apartments . Clean and fresh. Bed was super comfortable. Pool was a little chilly but so fun

I use this hotel for business normally only staying one or two nights absolutely love the property. The people are amazing. Their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend this property and they acknowledge and appreciate you being a Marriott Bonvoy member.
Excellent breakfast, very quiet hotel over the holidays. Front desk receptionist, kitchen staff & housekeeping staff were very friendly.
Stayed here for a couple of nights. The positive is that the room was very nice and extremely clean. Any interaction with the staff was terrific. They were always smiling and friendly, especially the lady in the breakfast area early in the morning, and the lady at the front desk Tuesday evening. Very welcoming. Convenient parking and a ton of amenities nearby.
The negative however, is that the window to my room(main floor) had no window lock and no screen either. The window could be easily opened from outside which I thought was concerning. Ironically the phone in the room was unplugged as well which was also surprising considering this is a Marriott brand hotel. As it is a nice place overall, I think that the security of the window locks should be rectified and am surprised this had gone unnoticed
