breakfast was v poor eg cold congealed eggs. Door keys kept breaking, every day. Lift was broken throughout stay.

location is fab
room not ready on time. lift did not work.room was very small. the receptionist was clueless and borderline unhelpful. no interest in the guest what so ever. not my usual Hilton experience. no chocolates were in our room yet our friends received them...thats how I found out.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.
Todo ! Recepción, decoración, habitación elegida fue realmente así, vista ! , brindando confort , detalles de bienvenida , posibilidad de hacer un café o tomar un té , que tan bien viene a la noche ...desayuno muy bueno y ubicación! .Encantadora la Casa Alberola Alicante. De tener nuevamente la oportunidad de visitar Alicante la volvería a elegir . Para los amantes del buen gusto la recomiendo .
Lo único que sugiero , por razones de higiene personal , dado que no cuenta con posibilidad de colocar un bidet en el baño , hay otra alternativa de instalación, que sería completar esa necesidad.
Todo el resto excelente ,nada para observar desde un punto, siempre, constructivo y de mejora.
El trato del personal, nos solucionaron un pequeño problema en unos instantes. Fueron super amables y agradables.
