Prettig hotel, gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel. Qua locatie ideaal hotel voor een stedentrip: strandboulevard begint om de hoek, oude binnenstad binnen straal van 5 min. 2 Leuke ontbijttentjes binnen 209 meter. Strand is 400 meter lopen.
Niers. Was gewoon goed.

Normalerweise erwähne ich in meinen Hotelbewertungen kleinere Unannehmlichkeiten nicht. In diesem Fall möchte ich jedoch eine Ausnahme machen, da wir während unseres achttägigen Aufenthalts vom Umgang einiger Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption sehr enttäuscht waren.
Vor der Buchung wurde uns telefonisch und anschließend schriftlich bestätigt, dass Strandhandtücher kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen und ausgetauscht werden können. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde uns dennoch täglich in sehr unfreundlichem Ton mitgeteilt, dass für den Austausch eine zusätzliche Gebühr zu zahlen sei. Trotz unserer wiederholten Hinweise auf die schriftliche Bestätigung wurde dies immer wieder zum Thema.
Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang der Rezeptionistin Clara, deren Kommunikation wir als unangemessen und frech empfunden haben.
Wir haben uns schließlich bei der Managerin beschwert. Ihre Entschuldigung und das Angebot eines kostenlosen Frühstücks haben wir zur Kenntnis genommen, konnten dadurch jedoch die wiederholten Diskussionen während unseres Aufenthalts nicht als ausgeglichen betrachten.
Umso bedauerlicher ist dies, da etwa 95 % der Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.
Insgesamt waren wir von diesem Umgang sehr enttäuscht, und die wiederholten Diskussionen haben unseren Aufenthalt leider deutlich beeinträchtigt. Von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie und der Hilton Group hätten wir bei einem Übernachtungspreis von 200 Euro pro Nacht einen professionelleren und serviceorientierteren Umgang erwartet.
Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Casa Alberola și, per total, aș reveni cu drag.
Punctul forte al hotelului este, fără îndoială, personalul. Toți au fost foarte amabili, profesioniști și mereu dispuși să ajute. Camera a fost puțin mai mică decât ne așteptam, dar a fost amenajată inteligent și suficient de confortabilă pentru un sejur de câteva zile. Paturile au fost excelente, foarte confortabile, iar curățenia a fost impecabilă pe toată durata șederii.
Locația este și ea un mare avantaj, fiind foarte aproape de port, plajă și centrul orașului, ceea ce ne-a permis să ne deplasăm aproape exclusiv pe jos.
Ca minusuri, micul dejun ni s-a părut destul de sărac și puțin diversificat. Într-adevăr, puținele preparate disponibile erau de calitate și gustoase, însă pentru un hotel din gama Curio Collection by Hilton ne-am fi așteptat la o varietate mai mare.
Un alt aspect care ne-a deranjat a fost izolarea fonică. Camerele sunt foarte apropiate, iar zgomotele se aud destul de ușor, fie că era vorba de ușile care scârțâiau, de lift sau de mișcarea de pe hol.
Per total, este un hotel elegant, foarte bine poziționat și cu un personal excelent, iar micile neajunsuri nu ne-au stricat experiența.
The hotel was perfect for a short stay in beautiful Alicante! Location is great, staff were friendly and really helpful and our room was lovely and spotlessly clean! All the staff were great but a special shout out to the lovely Sophia who was extremely helpful when we had an issue with the lock on our bathroom door!
