good shower, good wifi and small bed. staff were helpful
Es muy hogareño y el personal muy amable y dispuesto a brindarte lo que necesites. La ubicación es genial. Las camas son cómodas.
Se escuchan ruidos, tiene algunos entrepisos que son de madera y se escucha que mueven muebles o corren sillas y a veces se hacía molesto. El resto es excelente.
Simple but comfortable room. Nice interior decor. Very good breakfast. Conveniently located. The staff is very kind and professional. They allowed me to keep my suitcases there for three nights while away on a trip and were flexible with me arriving late at night.
The location was great.
The shower was broken and felt on me twice. The staff doesn’t speak a word of English and make no effort to try to communicate which made our stay really complicated. We ask for breakfast to take away for the mornings. First day they accepted it but forgot. Second day we had a sandwich with a quarter of slice of cheese.
The laundry was supposed to take 3 hours, it took 24 hours.
The windows can be open but then you are super cold. If you don’t open them, you don’t have any natural light.
We also missed some basic stuff like toilet paper, towel, soap,…
Localização é excelente. Muito próximo à Plaza de Armas. Fiquei no quarto quádruplo clássico, que além do quarto principal, tinha um quarto em anexo com duas camas de solteiro. A cama principal era realmente grande. Não sei se era uma cama super king ou duas camas de casal unidas. Tinha uma mini copa com frigobar, microondas e chaleira elétrica.
Quando fizemos o check-in, a atendente estava um pouco impaciente. E não me deu troco. Disse que daria depois, mas ela simplesmente "esqueceu".
El personal es muy amable y predispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación está muy buena! Es una especie de sensación de hogar.

Very friendly and kind staff. Extremely flexible with arriving late in the evening and leaving suitcase there for a couple of days.
Nice ambiance and decor in the common areas. Simple but quiet and comfortable room. Nice breakfast.
Excellent location. The apartment (room 301 was huge with fully equipped kitchen and would comfortably slept 5 (we had 4). Breakfast was lovely and staff was so nice. They accommodated by bringing a fan when asked bc dtr was sick and top floor is hot during the the day.

Réceptionniste incompétente. Elle demande le règlement du séjour en espace et à défaut elle applique une majoration de 5% sur le prix de la chambre. En voulant régler en espèce pour ne pas avoir de facturation supplémentaire le prix est annoncé en US $ alors que nous sommes au Pérou. En demandant la conversion, le taux de change retenu n’est pas celui trouvé sur internet. La réceptionniste n’a pas l’appoint et arrondie le paiement à son avantage sans rendre la monnaie. Inadmissible et dommage car le reste du personnel est très très aimable.
Emplacement
Je suis resté 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le ménage n’a pas été fait et au minima vider les poubelles. Le lit n’a pas été fait. La personne à la réception est inefficace. Lors du règlement une majoration de 5% est demandé si paiement par carte bancaire. J’ai contesté cette sur facturation et la réceptionniste explique que booking sait que cette charge supplémentaire est appliquée au Pérou sur les paiements cartes. Ce qui est faux car j’ai réglé 2 autres hôtels réservés via booking au Pérou et aucune charge supplémentaire.
