La ubicación muy cercana a la plaza de armas. También me gustó la posibilidad de cocinar algo porque andábamos con un bebé de menos de dos años, de hecho el que contará con una cocina en nuestro departamento/habitación fue una de las cosas que nos hizo elegirlo.
El personal del hotel fue sin duda lo mejor.
Margarita y su marido, fueron realmente amables y atentos a todo lo que necesitamos en la estadía.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación daba a la calle y por estar cerca del centro era un poco ruidosa en las noches.

Pros:

Vi var meget glade for vores ophold. Placeringen var rigtig god og gjorde det nemt at komme rundt i Cusco. Værelset var stort, hvilket var en klar fordel for os som familie, og det gav en god ro at have ordentlig plads efter lange dage i byen. Alt i alt et rigtig fint sted, som vi sagtens kan anbefale.

Unfortunately this accommodation was a complete let down. The staff were friendly but couldn't communicate in English so were unable to resolve the issues we had. The apartment was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned. The sheets and the one blanket that was provided were covered in hair, the duvet didn't have a cover on it. The shower plughole was blocked so the water pooled in the bottom of the shower, the shower temperature was cold which they weren't able to fix. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and the paint was peeling, clearly lacking any ventilation and felt and smelt damp. The kitchenware was not clean. Nothing about this accommodation was comfortable, and after arriving late in the night after a 4day trek, this was extremely disappointing.

Pros:

L’emplacement super
Le salon de l’hôtel est magnifique + la salle de petit déjeuner
Se situe environ à 500-600m de la place centrale. Pas besoin de monter
L’accueil a été super merci

Possibilité de laisser les affaires à l’hôtel après le Check out.

Lovely place and lovely people
Pros:

The hotel location is very at the heart of the city, a quiet place, but warm and beautiful. There was no elevator in the building but the stuff was very helpful to the travelers who came with luggage.

Great stay for a couple of days, in a great central part of Cusco.
Pros:

Super central to everything. Clean and comfy beds. Margarita was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

Localizada a pouco metros do centro histórico é uma ótima opção!
Café da manhã pequeno mas bem razoável para a estadia e atendendo bem as expectativas, com frutas, iogurte, cereais, pães e ovos feitos na hora.
Os quarto dos andares superiores são um pouco melhores que do andar térreo, pois ficamos duas vezes na hospedagem em andares diferentes e os do terceiro andar são bons.

Cons:

Do chuveiro do primeiro quarto no primeiro andar, acredito que tenham desentupido o chuveiro, era mesmo uma questão de manutenção. No segundo quarto do terceiro andar era ótimo o chuveiro.

Vreselijke ervaring!

De ligging is ok, op wandelafstand van de marktplaats

Cons:

Zowat al de rest was een mislukking. De kamer kwam totaal niet overeen met wat op booking vermeld werd. Het is absoluut de naam van Boutiquehotel niet waardig! Normaal gaat het om gerenoveerde oude, karaktervolle gebouwen maar hier wqs daar absoluut geen sprake van. Achter een donkere poort kom je in een lelijke inkomhal met een klein loketje dat moet doorgaan als receptie. De dame die ons moest wegwijs maken sprak totaal geen Engels maar dat vonden we nog het minst erge. Toen we de kamer inkwamen onder het dak viel de koude op ons. Dit moest de beste kamer zijn met terras maar het was een ware nachtmerrie. De badkamer was uiterst klein en verouderd alsook al het meubilair dat er stond. Geen enkel raam kon je open laten want overal was er inkijk mogelijk door buren. Over de muren van het "terras" kon je niet kijken. De enige verwarming was een klein electrisch toestel dat dan nog veel lawaai maakte. Het plafond was totaal niet geïsoleerd en bestond uit spaanderplaat. Kortom, we moesten hier 3 nachten verblijven maar vertrokken na het ontbijt dat ook waardeloos was. We betaalden maar liefst 435 euro voor 1 nacht want terugbetalen wilden ze niet. Bij vertrek was er trouwens weer niemand in het loketje te vinden. We lieten ons vertrek weten via een bericht en kregen botweg het antwoord dat ze niets konden terugstorten. We hadden niet geslapen van de koude en durfden zelfs geen douche te nemen. We voelen ons serieus bedrogen. Dit kan misschien goed zijn voor backpackers maar dan us de prijs veel te hoog!
