Very poor service at breakfast. Poor choice and had to clear our own table to sit down. Then had to ask for items constantly. Ie, glass to have juice. Marmalade for toast. Just seemed poorly organised and understaffed.
All the staff were very friendly and helpfull nothing ws too much trouble.

The bath is high so getting in and out for the shower was difficult even with the hand rail, as the bathroom was large it would have been good to have a separate shower.
The staff here are all fabulous. Super friendly, and very willing to help.

Everyone was very friendly, although when we arrived on a Sunday early evening, there was no one to be seen. We were let in and then they were gone. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
An information folder would have been very useful, especially as no one was about. Wi fi pass code, nearest place to get a bite to eat etc.
Everything was very good but the staff were outstanding caring for us and our disabled friend
It ws a bit difficult getting in and out of the shower in the bath
