Disappointing.
Pros:

Location was what drew us to stay here, but we won’t be back.

Cons:

In our room, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the top hinge was coming off. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower, shower curtain was falling apart in one spot. A handle was coming off one of the drawers and the window lock was broken laying on the floor. Couldn’t adjust the air conditioner or heat, had to unplug the air conditioner when the room got too cold. Landscaping was lacking, everything was dried out or dead, not very appealing when we arrived.

Pros:

Room was clean. Close to ikea. There was a steady steam of customers which gave me confidence. Breakfast was standard continental food, and ok. Everything about the stay was acceptable.

Cons:

Pillows were too small for the bed, looked funny. Facilities are a bit rundown, bathtub was peeling, molding along the floor was missing in spots. Elevator was jerky. Parking lot was a bit sketchy. There was a car that had spiderwebs on it, and tabs from 2018 taking up space. Rate was similar to the newer, higher rated hotels nearby.

Cons:

Busted cover on outlet. No ice bucket! Something sticky on rug not cleaned up properly. No cover on bathroom fan.

I will never stay there again
Cons:

Room was terrible. Tub has peeling paint. Spot on carpet near sink was sticky. Hair tie on bathroom doorknob and on floor near window. One dresser drawer was taped closed. No stopper in sink. Elevator sounded like it was going to break at any time

Excellent location. Easy to get to nearby freeways. Staff was super friendly. The room was clean. Showers had hot water. Beds were comfortable.

For $220 a night.. Go somewhere nicer. Mattress was horrible, Rooms smelt like mold and cigs and there was blood on the curtain.

If I have to travel to that area again for business, I will stay there again
Pros:

It was perfect for me. I came in late at night for work and after a quick breakfast, left early. It was clean and safe yet affordable for a quick night. Breakfast was basic, but had waffles, eggs and a meat. Just right for what I needed.
