Your property was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. It was in disrepair not very Clean the person that checked us in look like you needed to take a shower. It was awful awful. The pictures on the Internet did not even compare to what we walked into, we would never stay there ever again worst hotel ever.
Worst hotel ever
Bathroom clean, sheets cleans and towels clean
The person who checked me in was very ill-tempered and seemed annoyed—bordering on racist and indifferent; I feel like I was given the absolute worst room in the hotel. Perhaps it was because I booked through Booking.com. The room I got had a strange, musty smell—you could notice it the moment you walked in—a sort of stale or dirty odor. I wouldn't come back. My 3-year-old took off his shoes, and his socks quickly turned black from the dirt on the carpet (which I think was the source of the smell). The mattress was old and of very poor quality, the walls were only half-painted, and the furniture was scratched and missing paint. It was only for one night, so I didn't bother arguing with the grumpy staff member. The bathroom was clean, though, and the blankets were old but clean.I reserved because it was closer to my friend house. I do not recommend this place.
I booked this hotel through Booking.com and unfortunately had a terrible experience from beginning to end.
The first room I was given smelled absolutely disgusting and was in very poor condition. I complained and was moved to a second room. While the second room was somewhat better, the shower did not have working water. I was initially assured that the issue would be fixed as soon as possible, but the following morning I was told they didn’t know when they would be able to repair it.
It seem to be in a safe area.
We weren’t told what time breakfast was going to be served from and unfortunately we weren’t able to eat.

Musty and smoke smell. Not as clean as expected. Facilities are old and need way more maintenance
The location was good, and easy to find right off. The highway. It was close to a lot of restaurants and eateries nearby.
It was very run down, garbage piled up outside was the first thing you seen when you parked your car. Also, it was run down and dirty on the inside.

The rooms were dirty. The area was sketchy. There were ants in the room. The lamps did not work. We left and did not stay at the hotel. When asked to speak to the general manager, they refused and hung up. I left 3 messages and the GM DID NOT call back at all.

Location was great, and breakfast was very good.
It definitely needs some sort of better cleaning. The carpet in our room had a little smell, and would even make our feet a little dirty because we could see it come off in the shower.
The staff was helpful when needed. The bed was comfortable and room had a large refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast offered was more than just continental including eggs and sausage.
Almost all of the furnishings were in a state of disrepair. The bath tub was peeling, the shower knob was broken making temperature adjustments almost impossible and there was no shampoo or soap in the room. Carpet was dirty and the air conditioning was not working when we arrived, requiring the staff to reset it. When attempting to call front desk phone was always “busy” requiring me to walk down with each issue. Finally the elevator was less than favorable and there was never room service (cleaning) during our stay.
It was close to where I needed to be in the morning
Very loud. Could hear everyone around our room talking and stomping around. Could hear all of the highway traffic at night loud cars and motorcycles
