La cena al ristorante dell'albergo anche se prenotata un giorno prima non era disponibile.
Il servizio in camera e' disponibile solo con un sovraprezzo inaccettabile per un albergo 4 srelle superior. I cuscini del letto non sono comodi.

Krótki wakacyjny pobyt w Bolonii samochodem.
Pros:

Dla podróżujących samochodem lokalizacja bardzo wygodna - blisko węzłów autostradowych i jednocześnie w przyzwoitej odległości od Centro Storico (można podjechać taxi lub samochodem pod granicę ZTL). Doskonały, bezpłatny parking podziemny z ładowarkami EV. Bardzo duże pokoje ze świetnymi oknami (doskonałe wyciszenie). Świetna klimatyzacja w całym obiekcie. Duże łóżka z wygodnymi materacami oraz elegancką białą pościelą. Wygodna łazienka z dobrze oświetlonym lustrem i przyborami łazienkowymi. Bardzo dobre śniadanie - spory wybór artykułów. Serwis kawowo-herbaciany w pokoju.

Cons:

Windy (działały tylko dwie a "wieża" ma 18 pięter i sporo gości - kilka razy szliśmy schodami ze względu na czas oczekiwania głównie podczas śniadania i w porze wymeldowania. Hałas w restauracji podczas śniadania (sądzę, ze więcej roślinnych przegród ewentualnie wykładziny znacznie poprawiły by ten aspekt).

Cons:

l'scensore. La mattina verso le 9 dopo avre aspettato più di 20 minuti per scendere abbiamo dovuto fare 6 piani a piedi. Non è accettabile rimanere bloccati per l'ascensore. Nessuna spiegazione. Il servizio assolutamente inadeguato.
La mancanza di aereazione esterna.

Soggiorno a Bologna
Pros:

Hotel davvero di alto livello. Partiamo dal fatto che la struttura possiede un parcheggio esterno ed uno sotterraneo gratuito il che gli fa acquisire già dei punti a favore. Ho soggiornato in una camera deluxe e devo dire che ha pienamente superato le mie aspettative. Il letto era molto comodo, la camera pulitissima, phon con diffusore (quasi in tutti gli hotel 4* assente, quindi.. complimenti!) set di cortesia (ciabattine, prodotti di igiene personale ecc), minifrigo con diverse bevande e snack gratuiti. Le luci in camera sono calde e ben posizionate, rendendo l'ambiente molto elegante e sofisticato. La nostra camera si trovava al 14° piano e godeva di una buona visuale e di un'ampia finestra, rendendo la camera ancora più luminosa. Se posso consigliare, trattandosi di un 4* e quindi di un hotel di fascia alta, si potrebbe aggiungere qualche servizio extra come un tablet dove si possono fare ordinazioni in camera, prodotti per la cura della pelle, un cestino magari per gli abiti da lavare ecc. Ma ripeto, questi sono semplicemente consigli. Il soggiorno è stato assolutamente fantastico. Lo terrò come rifermento ogni volta che mi troverò a Bologna.
