AC in our room didn't work. Asked for Manager... he said it was fine. It was extremely hot, he was acting like we were over reacting because our room was too hot to be able to sleep in. Parking... pre paid for parking, $45.00. second night there was parking nowhere to be found. The parking lot I guess is shared with the public which is ridiculous because we are being asked to pay for parking ahead of time and then being told of if there's not any parking on site you can go 2 blocks down and park there. You guys need to dedicate the parking lot to hotel guests.

We had a bit of an issue and our room was given away while we were out, after we had already checked in previously. But it was handled well by the front desk worker and our room was comped AND upgraded
