Very good lakeside hotel with easy GO train access to Toronto.
Pros:

Proximity to downtown restaurants, walks along the lake, easy bus access to Burlington GO station to get to Toronto.

Cons:

Good breakfast given that it's included in the price, but more seating would be better.

Pros:

The location. Next to waterfront with beautiful view and water access. Also, close to Village Square with has many restaurants.

Cons:

The guestroom for people with diabilties did not have supports on both sides of the toilet.
A few of the facilities were not working ie hot tub.
Morning breakfast area is in an odd space ie near conference room doors. Morning breakfast needs to have normal egg choices like scrambled eggs and fried eggs.

A breathtaking waterfront view.
Pros:

An exceptional location overlooking the beautiful Spencer Smith Park promenade, one of Burlington’s most stunning and iconic waterfront destinations. The breathtaking lake views, vibrant atmosphere, and picturesque surroundings make it a truly remarkable place and one of the absolute highlights of Burlington.

Cons:

The garden view did not meet expectations. The dense trees block a large part of the scenery, making the view feel less open and enjoyable than it appears in the photos.

Very overpriced for type of room and quality of food for breakfast. Wont stay here or refer people
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Room clean but not worth 265 a night. Parking should not be 22.00..that is a Downtown Toronto price not Burlington but next to hotel so easy access.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. Fried potatoes and eggs were cold. No place to stand to wait for toast to be made. Muffins were dry. No bacon. Butter so hard could not butter toast without tearing the bread. Doors slammed when people went in or came out of room ...not sound proof at all. TV kept freezing.

Pros:

Unlike many "waterfront" hotels this one was actually on the waterfront, not the other side of the road.

Good food reasonably priced, friendly staff and a good breakfast
