When we settled in the room, it was + 8 ° outside, it must have been 13 in the room, the heater did not work, We contacted the reception, the girls came to check, made sure that it was not working They said they would check if there was another free number and let us know, Time passed, but we had to call ourselves, so we heard in response that there were no free rooms We asked if there was a portable heater to bring because it was very cold in the room, Why did I hear the answer that there is no, the only thing they can offer us is extra blankets. We went to them to get these blankets, but there was no one at the reception After 10 minutes, we saw these girls from the reception in 1 long corridor, and when they saw for some reason they started to run away from us, so we didn't meet that evening!

I liked the staff's friendliness; the breakfast was good, though if you stay for several days, the same menu gets boring. The beds are comfortable and the room is cozy.
The breakfast area is far too small, and we had to eat standing up.

How dirty the shower was (full of soap scum) and that the pillows were not comfortable.
The location is perfect, right off of the 400 hwy, close to restaurants, gas stations, and shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms were large and clean, comfy beds.
Room was clean and comfortable and quiet.
That a hot breakfast was available the next morning ... pleasant surprise!
