It was easy to find.
The room was too hot and the ac did not seem to be working. We arrived late and just for one night so were not going to call to have maintenance come and look at it. My sister’s sheets had stains all over them.
The breakfast was pathetic. The eggs were cold out of the refrigerator, there was only brown bread, no white. The only bagels were everything bagels. The only fruit available was oranges and they were all bruised and soft. The breakfast was very disappointing to say the least.

Clean, updated room. Can be a bit noisy if your room is at the front of the hotel. Also a lot of light from hotel outside lights and street lights. Good location for us.

Double-charged for the stay and still waiting for a refund
I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience with their billing. During my check-in/stay, the hotel double-charged my credit card for the accommodation (an extra $342.82).
Booking.com customer support has already officially confirmed that this was an error and a temporary hold that needs to be released. However, it has been several days since my checkout, and the money has still not been returned to my account.
The stay itself was fine, but this major accounting error and the delay in returning a significant amount of money ruined the overall impression. If you stay here, please watch your bank statements closely. I hope the management resolves this issue and processes my refund as soon as possible.
