Cons:

Location- yes its right off the 401, homeless people are standing outgrowth and back of the building asking for money
Rooms- dirty! Walls are gross, bedsheets had blood stains!!
Pool - broken tiles, a kid cut the bottom of their foot on one. Needs to be cleaned better
Breakfast- juices and waffle mix are watered down and taste like shit. The cereal was stale. We ended up just going to tim hotons down the road.
Price - they charged mu card 9xs all different amounts before I even stepped foot on the premises. 6 transactions were flagged for fraud.....1 approved and 2 declined....my bank confirmed all 3 approved....after 4hrs on the phone with hotel manager and the bank it was determined they did all infact approve....the hotel manager let it slip that the 3rd transaction for the security deposit did approve (after telling me numerous times it declined) AND the 1st transaction they issued a refund.

While on the phone with them (I was at my daughters dance competition) there was another man at their front counter yelling that they did the same thing to him

We checked out and went somewhere else along with anyone else that came with us

The place is a joke!!!

This hotel is disgusting. It is absolutely not family oriented or safe!!
Pros:

Absolutely nothing!

Cons:

This hotel seems like it is meant for homeless people looking for somewhere to stay. The amount of people without rooms coming in and out of the front doorway disgusting. They would come in, use the bathroom, grab a free coffee or juice and be on their way! There were multiple crack heads and homeless people right outside the hotel. My children and I did not feel safe.
While in the front lobby I watched 3 different people come to the font desk and say that “so and so company got them a room” I also witnessed multiple go to the front desk stating they lost their key. All of which was untrue. It says right in their policy that they can’t give you a room key unless valid photo ID is shown with the same name that booked the room they are clearly not following that. None of their staff even had uniforms they were in regular street clothes.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

It was close to the highway.

Cons:

The sink and tub drained very, very slowly. Made me wonder about maintenance is the other areas in the room. ie: the hvac unit.
