There was nothing about this hotel to recommend. Nothing.
Room was filthy. Front desk gave me a blank look and did nothing about my complaint. Smell of marijuana was excesssive on my floor. Unsavory characters throughout the property. HORRIBLE experience. Didn't feel safe and staff couldn't have cared less. Will never stay at an Extended Stay America property again.

The kitchen was more than I expected. A full size fridge and stove to cook on and plenty of counterspace. The bed was clean and the shower and toilet were clean. Very spacious room for 2 people.
The coffee table had sticky residue from something being spilt onto it and it wasn't wiped up. The stove in the kitchen had crumbs on it. The toilet ran non stop as a result of the flapper being broken. The A/C unit was not working properly, the buttons wouldn't work to control the temperature. No hair dryer in the bathroom.
Nothing. We could not stay we went home due to the uncleanliness.
There were cockroaches in both rooms, the scent was unbearable. The odor was mostly and awful. We purchased Lysol but ended up going home.
I like the fact that front desk person Miss Crystal was very nice and accommodating she is such a sweetheart and I would come to this hotel over and over again just to see her and experience the wonderful customer service

This place was falling apart. It smelled like weed. People on drugs were all over the property. It was sketchyyyyyy

Door was sticking, carpet was not clean, a dog down the hall was howling.
The staff was very nice. The first thing we understood that you had to buy your own toilet paper because they wouldn't have any more until Monday the next thing the room had roaches the next thing the microwave did not work and light bulb was needed for the lamps.
