I was told management would contact me, but they haven’t

It was good

Cons:

The elevator wasn’t working, I’m 70 yrs old and we were on the top floor. I wasn’t told it didn’t work when I booked my room. Second night the AC wasn’t cooling. Front desk said we could relocate to the first floor. Wasn’t about to carry all luggage down at midnight.

Pros:

The location was great. The pick up and drop off to the baseball game was a great plus this place is literally right across the street, from six flags. They're hot. Breakfast was great. They're employees are so nice.We were allowed early check in.

Cons:

I booked a room with a sleeper sofa and a queen bed. When we arrived I told the receptionist my mother in law was in a wheelchair and she was courteous and offered a room on the first floor. But, this room didn't have a sleeper sofa and we paid the same amount as with the sleeper sofa.

Just in town for a concert. Location was awesome and staff was very friendly.
