Gute und ruhige Lage im Zentrum zu attraktiven Preisen

Fint og roligt hotel med god beliggenhed.
Pros:

Dejligt stort værelse og god seng. Roligt sted.

Cons:

Mange ting kunne forbedres. Der mangler knager til håndklæder og andet på toilettet. Natlampen sidder ikke fast. Rengøring manglede den ene dag, så vi måtte spørge efter rene håndklæder.
Morgenmaden var fin, men de første dage var den mandlige tjener rimeligt håbløs. De tre kvinder der var der lørdag gjorde det super fint.

Pros:

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier und dafür absolut zufrieden. Das Standard-Doppelzimmer war sauber, ruhig und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Das Bett war bequem und kleine Extras wie Badeschlappen und Minibar fanden wir ebenfalls super. Das Frühstück ist eher überschaubar, für die Größe des Hotels aber vollkommen ausreichend. Gute Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen!

Besonders positiv möchten wir das hilfsbereite Personal hervorheben. Gerade beim Ausparken wurde uns direkt geholfen, wofür wir wirklich sehr dankbar sind!

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig. Die Stellplätze hinter dem Hotel sind sehr begrenzt und eng – wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte unbedingt vorher einen Parkplatz beim Hotel ankündigen bzw. reservieren. Die Anfahrt durch die teilweise engen Gassen kann ebenfalls etwas abenteuerlich sein.

Außerdem hatten wir kleinere Schwierigkeiten mit der Temperaturregelung der Dusche, da das Wasser der Hauptdusche sehr heiß blieb. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, haben wir dies allerdings nicht beim Personal angesprochen und gehen davon aus, dass man uns sonst auch hier direkt geholfen hätte.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff and good location
Pros:

Really comfortable and well designed. Close to the centre, friendly staff.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy with other guests opening doors and walking past. But not too much of an issue

Arnaque lors du paiement pas carte.

La proximité du centre ville.

L'arnaque sur le taux de change...

Alors que le prix affiché sur Booking est en euros, une transaction par carte est impossible en euros et l''hôtel facture avec un taux de change ( 100 lek pour un euro) qui majore la facture initiale d'environ 10 ÷... car l'euro est changé pour 91,4 lek dans tous les bureaux de change... .
C'est de l'arnaque pure et simple. J'ai demandé à Booking d'intervenir mais sans retour pour l'instant... . Pourtant, en proposant un prix en euros, Booking devrait être vigilant sur ce problème ou exiger un prix affiché en Lek...

Enfin, ne prenez pas plus d'un café, car vous êtes facturé en plus, lors du pdj...

Dernier point, l'hôtel n'est pas trop entretenu...

Ok hotel but not for the price
Pros:

Location is very central, although not very nice in a back alley.

Cons:

Considering the price, the standard is too low. The room seemed clean on the surface, but then looking closer there were hairs on the floor, mold in the shower, very old and caked on dust in the bathroom. There’s a lot of room to improve for a hotel in a somewhat higher price category.

They also put food and water outside for the cats which we loved.

Cons:

Second coffee at breakfast was not free. You had to pay which was a first for me!

Prima voor 1 nacht
Pros:

De locatie is perfect, je loopt zo het grote plein op. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Parkeerplaats voor de deur.

Cons:

Schimmel in de douche, kamers waren klein met weinig beweegruimte.

Nicht noch einmal …
Pros:

Das Hotel an sich ist sauber und gepflegt und hat eine gute Ausstattung.
Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Es war nicht einfach die Straße die Zum Hotel führte zu finden, auch mit Navi nicht.Angekommen war der vor reservierte Parkplatz kein Parkplatz.
Das war eine Frechheit für die man dann auch noch Geld von uns wollte.Des weiteren war der Mitarbeiter überhaupt nicht einsichtig und sagte sogar noch , wir wären die einzigen die sich beschweren würden und war genervt.
Und zur Krönung hatte man uns das Zimmer am Aufzug gegeben , somit konnten wir kaum ein Auge zu machend(wir haben kein low Budget Zimmer gebucht)
Wir waren zum Glück nur für eine Nacht vor Ort um näher am Flughafen zu sein.
Auf Anfrage durch booking war das Hotel immer noch nicht einsichtig , schade!
