Ótima localização e bons quartos
Café da manhã repetitivo e suporta poucos clientes gerando fila para entrar e sentar
The Staff was amazing and gear to ensuring we were pleased.
Nothing
Very clean and quiet
Aceptable. Había lo indispensable. Pero hubiera estado mejor si ofrecían más variedad. Y el lugar para desayunar era pequeño.
Nice place for it's value. Exactly as you would expect. A good rest stop, nice that there was a kitchen, too. The TV didn't really turn to the bed to view? Overall, a good stay!
TV angled at a weird angle, couldn't really see from the bed. Overall, good!
I liked that it was like a small apartment look.
No issues with the property
Clean and welcoming
No elevator
It was ok
Location
El personal fue muy amable y resolutivo. La cama era cómoda y la habitación grande, el desayuno estaba bien.
El edificio de nuestra habitación olía un poco mal.
The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen.
There are two separate buildings, so I checked in at one and then had to cross the parking lot to the other. It seemed like some people lived there full time.
I am unable to recall anything I found enjoyable about this particular hotel.
It appears that the accommodations were not up to date. The initial room provided was not adequately prepared for our stay. My daughter experienced an allergic reaction due to the sofa bed, which unfortunately affected her visit to Fort Worth. We noticed toenail clippings near the bed and stains in the toilet, on the curtains, baseboards, and windows, and in the showers, in addition to a persistent sticky residue. Building 2 had a strong odor of pet urine throughout all three floors. We requested a room change for our second night, and the staff kindly moved us to Building 1. While there was no unpleasant odor in Building 1, it did have a somewhat musty atmosphere. The breakfast area was quite small, and the food offerings were unremarkable. The staff were satisfactory, but not exceptional. It was surprising to find these conditions in a Marriott hotel, as it felt more akin to a truck stop motel.
