Cons:

4階の小さいお風呂も、ぬるくして欲しいです。熱すぎます。また男女でお風呂が交代であるとよいです。

飲食テナントの接遇が光るホテル
Pros:

幕張メッセでの仕事だったのですが、傘いらずで過ごせたことに感謝。
ホテル内にコンビニとドラッグストアが入っているので必要なものはだいたい揃う
イースト1Fの飲食店のスタッフの接客がすばらしく丁寧であったこと。
2Fのお寿司屋さんの接客がきちんと大人向けで落ち着いてお食事ができました。
大浴場に入っているドライヤーが使いやすく、帰宅してから同じものをネットで購入しました。

Cons:

チェックインの際、列に並んでいる宿泊客への案内が冷たく。タブレットを見ながらの返答だった。リラックスしたいはずの場所なのでとても残念。
リネン類が古いかなと感じました。端がほつれていたり、シミ汚れのあるタオルが当たった。
客室数に対して大浴場のロッカーの数とドライヤーブースの席数が少ないと感じました。実際に「もう部屋で乾かす」と言って、出ていかれる人を数人見た。
