Great convenient hotel with so much amenities within and nearby.. only thing missing is a gym.

Like it alot, convenient to the Makuhari Messe (International Exhibition Halls 5–8) for my trade fair visit.
Hotel is one of if not the biggest of the APA hotel chains, it is really big and sprawling probably 2000 rooms, thus place is lively, with good food options, two Lawson's convenience stores.. how convenient!

It is also near the Mitsui (Factory) Outlet Park, 6-7 mins walk.

Love my open sky view in the room, great feeling when view is unblocked.

Cons:

Negative:

Such a big place has no gym, which is quite unbelievable! My suggestion is to close down Indian restaurant and remodel it to a gym room, as the Asian/Indian restaurant has v little customers, most go to La Veranda restaurant at level 1. Just enlarge menu at La Veranda to include a few more South Asian/India dishes and it will be fine, as currently the two restaurants' food are 70-75% similar. So not really a major plus to have another Asian/Indian Cafe Restaurant at higher floor, when La Veranda restaurant at level 1 is good enough with mostly the food repeated in the Asian/Indian restaurant. Make it a big gym room!

Secondly, the APA hotel bed is not comfortable and pillow are not comfortable at all. It gives me backaches after a 2-3 days.
