Some areas of the hotel and staff brilliant, others areas INCREDIBLY RUDE and racist.
Beautifully maintained very clean quiet rooms, quality fixtures and brilliant housekeeping staff.
Perfect location, felt extremely safe and staying in style.

Cons:

Electrocuted in pool
And staff did not give a damn.
Filthy mouldy bathroom, incredibly racist arrogant staff in some areas , utterly HATE white guests. Rude rude untrained unprofessional self centred arrogant staff

20年前からずっと行っていたが、次回から別に変えます。
Pros:

スタッフは良い。ただしバッフェ会場の料理人は愛想もなく、まずい料理がさらにまずく感じる！

Cons:

設備が古い。朝食がまずい！年々悪くなって来た。経営者が、良くしようという気があるのか判らない。
