El balcón
Clean, comfortable, nice pool, good breakfast , helpful staff
Was expensive given it is not in the centre (1.5km from centre)
Nos hicieron un cambio de habitación, sin sobrecosto, a una fantástica suite con balcón y una estupenda vista. Elegimos habitación con aparcamiento y fue una inteligente decisión. El señor que nos atendió en el bar de noche era absolutamente atento y amable. El centro de la ciudad se encuentra a unos 20' caminando. En recepción nos dieron un mapa y nos señalaron, con buen criterio, diversos restaurantes para cenar.
No tenemos nada de lo que mostrar quejas.
El desayuno. La pileta. El personal.
No tener un velador individual para leer sin molestar al otro. Mejorar el declive de la ducha para que no retenga el agua. Tener lugar para apoyar 2 valijas. Nada mas. Todo lo demás excelente !!!!

The room was very clean and the staff was helpfull.
The Wi-Fi settings were changed on the second day of our stay. While it was possible to use it on the phone, it wasn´t possible to connect my iPad, and the reception staff couldn´t help me either, so that was a little irritating to use my mobile data to be able to use my iPad.
O staff é super simpático e bem humorado; a localização é excelente, apenas 20 min da catedral; café da manhã muito bom; e instalações com excelente qualidade.

Size of the room and the water pressure. And Martha at reception was amazing.
There was a sewage smell in the elevator but we were not sure where it was coming from. We also requested to change the reservation from two to one night soon after booking but hotel refuse to change
