Loved the pool and location for walking to the cathedral area
Nothing negative to note
The location is very good: just a 15 minute walk from town. The hotel pool and grounds are really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially around the pool area.
The atmosphere is a bit sterile, although that goes with its very clean ambiance! The restaurant was not the kind of place you would want to spend time and the only bar seemed to be at the poolside
The rooms were modern. Plenty of pillows. The A/C worked.
The location is good. About 15 minutes from the historic area as well as the train/bus station. The immediate area has a number of places to eat. Breakfast was good. The dining room is spacious. The buffet included bakery breads, meats, cheese, pastries, eggs, yoghurt, cereals. They had brewed coffee as well as a single serving machine with options. The pool in early October was cold, but very nice for soaking our long suffering feet.
We took a day trip to Muxia and the tour bus picked us up outside the hotel.
We were on the 8th floor and the elevators were adequate, but small when we brought our luggage down. The facuets in the bathtub were tricky to work.

In the dining facility, the server Jose Antonio was amazing, which made our meal very satisfying. He is an assist to your company.
The lounge was closed most of the day. Dinner didn't start until after 8pm, plus I had to make a reservation or go walking to eat somewhere else.
Lovely after walking the Camino. Just the right level of luxury to relax and unwind after days of walking. Really enjoyed the pool.
