Pros:

Close to Sairee but not the noise. Nice pool also.

Cons:

Beds could be a bit more comfortable, but for the price it's fine.

Un séjour calme et reposant, avec une très belle vue et un personnel exceptionnellement attentionné.
Pros:

L’accueil était adorable et le personnel vraiment exceptionnel. La responsable nous a accompagnés pour le transfert jusqu’à notre arrivée à l’hôtel et elle est restée très disponible pendant tout le séjour, avec des réponses toujours rapides à nos messages. La femme de ménage a également pris beaucoup de temps pour m’aider avec un problème de maillot de bain. Le service de blanchisserie était rapide et peu coûteux. La piscine est très jolie, avec une magnifique vue sur la forêt, dans un cadre calme et reposant. La chambre était grande et spacieuse.

Cons:

Le seul petit point négatif est le manque d’éclairage dans la salle de bain, qui était sombre.

Pros:

Het strand en de restaurants waren op loopafstand.

Cons:

Het stonk echt verschrikkelijk naar schimmel en riool in onze badkamer. Ook werd er naast het hotel een nieuw hotel gebouwd waar ze elke ochtend rond 08:30 begonnen met de werkzaamheden, wat geluidsoverlast gaf.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the room felt unclean and quite dingy. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the room, the bathroom smelled strongly of urine, and the towels had a foul odour that was genuinely off-putting.

Noise was also a major issue. The room offered very little soundproofing, and we could hear everything from the street as well as from neighbouring rooms, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

While the hotel may be suitable if you’re simply looking for somewhere to rest your head, it fell far short of our expectations. We were so unhappy with our experience that we chose to leave a day early. In fact, we dreaded returning to the room and spent as little time there as possible.

Overall, the cleanliness, unpleasant smells, and excessive noise made for a very uncomfortable stay, and we would not choose to stay here again.

A great stay here and would highly recommend.
Pros:

The property was in a great location. It was within walking distance of Sairee beach but was not in the main area so was not noisy. The receptionist was really kind and helpful. You can also hire scooters from here.

Cons:

It was slightly more expensive than other areas in Thailand but all seemed to be like that.

Ok stay, not good value for money.
Pros:

The pool was great, really clean and large.
They provided beach towels.
Water filter provided.
Receptionist very nice.
Free pickup from pier (but you have to pay for way back…)

Cons:

Zero sound proofing so can be loud when there are jungle parties etc.
Rooms very basic, expensive for what you get so bad value for money to be honest.
Bathrooms not good, window that we couldn’t open and no extractor fan.
We got our room cleaned once and it didn’t feel very clean afterwards so didn’t get it cleaned again.
Location about 10 mins from restaurants and extra 5 mins to beach.
Could really do with some sun loungers by the pool rather than four bean bags.
Overall, the exterior of the hotel is very nice and they have put effort into making it look nice from the outside, but neglected the rooms.

Nice pool. Spacious room. The room had a couch. The staff were incredible, made us feel so welcome and assisted with all our requests. Decent location, not a far walk to the main street/beach.

Cons:

Loud guests on balcony’s or in the pool can be heard easily from inside your room. Peak season the property is on the pricier side.
