Unfortunately a number of things went wrong
Cons:

- when we arrived the hotel was closed - we were put into the neighbouring hotel
- the room was cool and beautiful but the toilet didn't flush - I called the reception; I was promised help; 10 minutes later I called again; I was told not to throw toilet paper into the bowl - something we hadn't done; again I asked for help/maintenance because the toilet didn't flush; 10 min later the receptionist came and offered us another room; he told is he had personally checked the air-conditioning, the fridge (I had medicine to keep cool) and the toilet were working; entering the room, the fridge wasn't even plugged in; plus, you couldn't lock the door leading to the balconies; we repeated the game 3 times, then we returned to our first room, and the plummer was called while we we're out for dinner; after that the toilet worked
- in the morning there was no breakfast at the hotel, but at a close restaurant - it was quite poor, and the coffee machine was broken...

Não ficamos no hotel

Cons:

Não ficamos no hotel, pois ele estava fechado para reformas e nada foi avisado a nós antes de chegarmos ao local. Ficamos cerca de 15 minutos rodando a quadra procurando pelo hotel, pois retiraram a placa do nome do hotel. Tivemos que estacionar em outra rua pois na frente não podia estacionar, e ir a pé até o suposto local perguntar, e somente aí fomos informados por um atendente que a nossa estadia havia sido realocado para um hotel da mesma rede, em uma rua próxima. O outro hotel era bem similar, mas também tivemos que encontrá-lo por conta própria sem o endereço, poderia ter sido evitado se avisassem antes.

De locatie en redelijk rustige omgeving (vergeleken met de drukke hoofdstraat).Ook het personeel verdiend de complimenten! We werden netjes geholpen bij een probleem.

Cons:

Achterstallig onderhoud van het zwembad. Wanneer het zwembad weer een lik verf krijgt en nieuwe bedjes, dan is het al zoveel beter. De foto’s zijn daarom verre van up-to-date

Pros:

Habitación muy amplia, cómoda y tranquila. Limpieza diaria, zona de piscina y tumbonas muy bien, desayuno a 2 minutos caminando y bueno. El hotel es bonito, las chicas en recepción amables.

Cons:

El WiFi no funciona muy bien, para nosotros no fue gran problema porque teníamos datos

Estaba de oferta.

Cons:

Habitación sucia. Pelos en las sábanas, restos de basura de otros clientes por el suelo (trozos de globo).
Dijeron que no se harían responsables por nada que se pierda en mi habitación y después descubrí que alguien del personal había abierto mi maleta. Muy mala experiencia.
