Хорошее расположение, дружелюбный персонал, приятные интерьеры

Cons:

Вентилятор кондиционера в комнате нуждается в замене, шум создаваемый им мешал спать. В душевой кабине явно был забит слив и более 3/4 минут душ было принимать нельзя так как переполнялся поддон.
Завтрак скромный, не соответствует цене и классу отеля, шампанское не предлагается, качество продуктов должно быть лучше.

Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Zagreb
Pros:

Hotel in bester Lage, man kann das wichtigste zu Fuss erreichen. Das Frühstück war lecker und gab guten Auswahl.

Cons:

Beim Personal waren die Gefühle durchmischt. Einige super freundlich, 1-2 eher unsympathisch.

Beautiful building with amazing history in a good location

Cons:

It doesn't feel like 5 star in terms of facilities or service. The old building and sense of history can make up for this and no doubt some rooms are spectacular - the superior rooms are smaller with poor air-conditioning esp on top floor

Bâtiment du début 20 eme chargé d’histoire et avec du charme.

Cons:

Prestations inégales entre les chambres rénovées du 5eme et celles, datées, du 4eme. Climatisation bruyante.

Great location
Pros:

Great location.
Beautiful modern room with key pads operating climate, lighting and curtains.
The bed was large and extremely comfortable.
There was no kettle in the room, only a coffee machine, but once requested one was brought to the room.
Parking on site.

Cons:

I always feel disappointed when I'm extorted by hotels with excessive parking charges, in this case 50 euro for each day in the underground garage.
I also travel excessively and stay in various types of accommodation and this is the only one that I have come across that are still charging a security deposit of 100 euro per night against your card as well as your hotel cost.
I think they need to look at how some of their choices reflect poor customer care.

Dear Esplanade, you deserve much more.
Pros:

I love Esplanade.

Cons:

Completely outdated, nothing is functioning, even the hairdryer…and extremely bad stuff not interested to help you with anything.

Pros:

the front desk staff are nice and helpful

Cons:

the concierge and bellboy team are not helpful.
no complimentary water for guests at all even on the arrival day
although they have late night menu, when try to order, there is none available in the whole hotel, not even some bread
