Fantastic service
Pros:

I stayed here for the European Gymnastics championships for 10 days . The first thing I noticed was I slept very well every single night which is unusual . The beds are great . The staff from Edem at the door to every staff member in the bar/ restaurant were engaging and professional. People had a sense of humour . the hotel is in a great location, the bathrooms are big, the food is good ( I would add more options to the bar menu) and this grand hotel is clean and sparkling.

The Esplanade is a must-stay!
Pros:

My stay was on my FOMO, YOLO bucket list and did not disappoint! The Esplanade lives up to its historic grandeur and reputation. It's a one Michelin Key, five-star property with impeccable service, iconic style, and fabulous food. This is Zagreb's finest—a must-stay!

Cons:

The hotel is okay but the breakfast buffet was a disappointment considering what is charged for it. The buffet selection was very limited and the made-to-order dishes were very simple and just not worth the price of 26 euros per person as a supplement.

Cons:

Juste un détail : il n'y avait pas de service de nuit, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Le room-service est très cher (15 € l'assiette de fruits !)
