U ovaj hotel sigurno više neću ići.
Pros:

Hotel treba dobru renovaciju. Recepcioneri - katastrofa. Još čekam račun koji mi su trebali poslati na e-mail.

Cons:

Tko to radi na recepciji? Ništa ne znaju i ništa neće. Neljubazni. Ovaj hotel ne spašava ni izvrsna služba za čišćenje, jedina dobra. Hrana pristojna, sve ostalo užas.

El buffet está de maravilla

En nuestra habitación habian dos cucarachas, en el momento de decirselo a recepción y que viniera personal de limpieza nadie se disculpó a quitarlas, de hecho dijeron, “welcome to Lanzarote”, creo que quitarle hierro al asunto está bien pero despues de pagar por un hotel de 4 estrellas esperaba una disculpa por el inconveniente.
Lo que reconoce la llave de la habitación en la puerta se estropeó, fuimos a recepción, resetearon la pulsera y el problema era de la propia puerta, el de mantenimiento se metió por la habitación de al lado, saltó por el balcón a la nuestra y posteriormente abrió, de nuevo, ninguna disculpa y 0 seguridad

Un bel Resort
Pros:

Resort con tanti servizi, piscina, palestra, intrattenimento serale ecc. Stanza spaziosa e letti comodi. In camera bottiglia di acqua di cortesia e bollitore con bevande solubili integrate giornalmente, una grossa Tv con ricezione anche dei 3 canali rai. Presente cassaforte in camera e wi-fi. A disposizione 2 ristoranti per la colazione e la cena, con varietà enorme di pietanze sia a colazione che a cena. Buono il cibo. Le bevande a cena e l'open bar in piscina a disposizione gratuitamente per gli all-inclusive. Per chi effettua il check-in dopo le 22, ora di chiusura dei ristoranti, (e non solo per loro) alle 22.30 apre una vetrina a fianco alla reception e si può usufruire gratuitamente di bevande, tramezzini, piatti di pasta o di insalata già preparati, dolcetti, caffè, acqua ecc.. I teli per la piscina vengono forniti gratuitamente. La posizione è centrale a Lanzarote e consente di visitare l'intera isola in macchina con distanze mai superiori ai 30/45 minuti di percorrenza. Ottimo il rapporto qualià prezzo. Consigliato!

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto i primi 2 giorni qualche problemino con la doccia dove l'acqua calda arrivava con un bel po' di ritardo da quando veniva aperto il rubinetto, ma, una volta segnalato, il problema è stato prontamente risolto.

Solo la piscina

Cons:

Camere super rumorose si sentiva parlare nelle stanze adiacenti. In bagno mancava lo spazzolino del wc un interruttore vicino all asciuga capelli staccato e pericoloso , porta del poggiolo forzata non si chiudeva ideale per una stanza a piano terra. Cambio asciugamani non pervenuto, rifacimento letto disastroso sembrava che ci si fosse sdraiato un elefante. La mia impressione è che data la prenotazione su Booking mi abbiano dato la peggior camera che avevano. Parcheggio: bisogna parcheggiare in strada. Nota positiva almeno il self service è vario.

Mejorar los camareros ya que te sentabas y te ponias los platos en la mesa y cuando volvías a levantarte para coger otro producto ya te habían recogido la mesa sin haber terminado la comida
