Questa è la nostra quinta volta alle canarie in grandi hotel, ma ahimè questa è la prima volta che il cibo non era di buona qualità a nostro avviso....qualcosa di più in cucina si può fare.... per il resto tutto perfetto vacanza stupenda.

Pros:

Podía utilizar dos restaurantes, en el Nimbra el buffet era increíble, había de todo. No puedo decir lo mismo de Olivina que fuimos un día y no nos gustó tanto. Es de agradecer que el consumo del agua en las comidas sea gratis. Es un complejo muy grande, la situación de mi habitación era buena ya que daba a la piscina, entiendo que a quién le corresponde a los bloques más lejanos no opinen lo mismo. Tiene muy buenos servicios, aunque yo no pude hacer uso de ellos porque pasábamos el día fuera recorriendo la isla, pero quien lo desee puede usar gimnasio o piscina y hay un montón de actividades. La limpieza de la habitación me parece muy buena.

Cons:

Que dejan que pongan la toalla para reservar las tumbonas cuando se supone que está prohibido, no hay nadie que lo evite. Supongo que la gente que utiliza las tumbonas y la piscina como si fueran de su propiedad consume muchos extras.

Cons:

La música de una pantalla gigante que había en el patio y que aun no habiendo nadie, estaba toda la tarde en bucle y con el sonido muy alta e impedía el descanso en las habitaciones aun con la ventana cerrada.

O staff faz a estadia
Pros:

Os funcionarios era excelentes e muito simpaticos. Apos nos colocarem no quarto de acessibilidade pedimos para trocar e os funcionarios foram muito prestaveis e ajudaram nos com o pedido.
O pequeno almoço era excelente e muito completo. As refeicoes estavam otimas. Todas as piscinas era lindas e otimas para relaxar com algumas atividades pelo meio. Excelentes cockteis nos bares.
Como era o meu aniversario deixaram me um champagne no quarto o que foi muito simpatico

Cons:

O chuveiro da casa de banho nao tinha pressao nenhuma e a agua nao vinha muito quente. Infelizmente a piscina para adultos estava fechada e junto das outras pescinas nao havia muitas espreguiçadeiras disponiveis. Muita gente deixava a toalha a guardar lugar e nunca apareciam. Entao se nao deixassemos a toalha assim que a piscina abria nao tinhamos esperguicadeiras disponiveis.
Tinha sido engraçado os buffet terem noites tematicas com comida diferente, mas a comida baseava se sempre no mesmo ao almoco e jantar.

Unterkunft ist eigentlich ein Aktiv Sporthotel mit jeder Menge Sport Angebote

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war ganz schön abgelebt. Wir waren im Block 9 untergebracht und dieser ganze Bereich ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es riecht sehr und es ist dreckig. Fenster sind sehr hellhörig. Am Pool auch viel Dreck. Das Essen zweckmäßig aber nichts besonderes. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte, dafür hat es gereicht

A cheaper lower end Club La Santa!
Pros:

The 50M is absolutely brilliant for training - you just need to check when the lanes are available. The gym is also excellent. Good place to get a great training week in, significantly cheaper than club la santa.

The Japanese restaurant is definitely worth treating yourself a dinner out at!

Excellent customer service from Mayte.

Cons:

It took 2 hours to check in - we had booked 2 rooms but had accidentally put it was only for 2 people. We were very happy to pay the extra for our children - but it took 2 hours to resolve this. Then even though we had asked we had to then ask for them to make one room 2 singles for the children, Mayte the assistant manager was eventually the one who resolved all of this and was extremely apologetic and ensured the rest of our stay went smoothly. She delivered excellent customer service.

En ma habitación hacia mucho frio, el aire estaba estropeado y salía aire frio por defecto. En cuanto nos dimos cuenta, vinieron a arreglarlo.

La comida del buffet no había mucha variedad.
