Bien, correcto, pero incómodo para niños pequeños
Pros:

El personal era muy amable y el bufet de los desayunos y cenas estaba realmente bueno y con mucha variedad

Cons:

No me gustó la ubicación puesto que no hay ninguna playa óptima para niños cerca.

Tampoco me gustó que, sabiendo que íbamos con un bebé y un niño de 5 años, nos pusieron en una habitación que tenía dos tramos de escaleras que no podías evitar, lo que era realmente incómodo cada vez que salíamos de la habitación. Esto me pareció realmente mal, incómodo y poco considerado la verdad…

Me han gustado las instalaciones las piscinas geniales

Cons:

Las dos primeras noches la cama fatal tuvimos que mandar a cambiar el colchón porq se hundía del todo. La comida del bufet fatal durante 4 días fue el mismo menú tanto de comida como de cena. Varias personas se quejaron con el personal de cocina que se encontraban en el lugar. La última noche el trato del bar fue fatal incluso fui a recepción a quejarme. La persona q me atendió que creo q era un superior tiene 0 en atención al cliente el cargo le quedó grande y lo peor es q los trabajadores miraban y callaban. Me fui con muy mala impresión pensé que sería algo mejor.

En general el hotel está bien. Las zonas exteriores mucho más cuidadas que las habitaciones. El bufete muy completo.
Pedimos el cambio de habitación porque nos toco una para personas con movilidad reducida y nos cambiaron.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tan cuidadas como la zonas comunes.
Al cambiarnos de habitación nos encontramos con que en el suelo del baño estaba lleno de pelos.
La piscina otro mundo. Todas las tumbonas con toallas, sin nadie en ellas. Se lo comentas al socorrista y te dice que eso es ageno a su empresa, que él no puede hacer nada…. Y a las 5 de la tarde no puedes ir a darte un baño a la piscina, que la has pagado, porque no tienes tumbona.
También bástate desagradable ver toda la zona de la piscina llena de vasos de plástico vacíos, patatas fritas por el suelo, recipientes de comida… Estaria bien que por parte del hotel pusieran que en la zona de baño no se puede comer o gestionarlo de otra forma porque da la sensación que como se paga, todo está permitido.

Excellent choice for an active summer holiday!
Pros:

Great resort with loads of activities and entertainment. If you want to have an all-inclusive summer holiday being active, doing sports or gym, this is definitely the place to go for.
Loads of swimming pools, 2 seperate buffet restaurants, multiple pool bars, great gym facility and fitness classes when compared with most of the hotels we've seen.
Food was great with many options.
Super clean in general, from common areas to pools, bedroom and buffet, etc.
The beach just in front of the hotel is beautiful.

Cons:

The bed matresses were the worst, super soft and bent in the middle from usage. The nights were not the best because of this.
One of the wardrobes was kind of covered inside in some kind of poorly done wallpaper, we assume due to maintenance works on the AC that was just on top of it. A bit poor looking for a hotel like this.

Basic hotel with great options for sporty family but dated and with little attention to food. Could so much much better

Location, close to bike rentals, also the sport options including swimming Olympic pool

Cons:

Food . Buffet- not really tasty- not great.
Swimming pool 50 m- guests still need to pay per use, which found strange.
