El desayuno y buffet muy bueno, mucha variedad y el personal muy atento. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda.

Piscine 50m payante 4€ et selon le jour remplie de clubs donc impossible d'y nager.
Pas d'accès direct à une plage pour s'y baigner.
Hôtel séparé en deux par une route (plus luxueux en partie basse), disposition en restanques avec beaucoup d'escaliers (pas évident pour apporter les valises tout en haut). Literie médiocre, matelas trop mou.
Bémol également pour les couloirs de l'hôtel qui ressemblent de près à un parking en sous-sol.
Mooie plek aan de kust. Goed verzorgd ontbijt- en dinerbuffet. Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk zwembad. Fijne en rustige kamer.

La habitación y el buffet están genial. Las instalaciones comunes también son muy acogedoras.
No hay bebidas y cócteles sin alcohol, solo 2 granizados y la verdad en eso no están acertados, tienen un sabor de pena.
The only positive thing about this accommodation is the landscaping, the arboretum, and the native species of cacti and succulents. You can see that a lot of effort has gone into it, and the visual impression, at least from the outside, is good.
Everything else was bad. To begin with, the all-inclusive is not actually all-inclusive at all. At each bar, guests are given a different price list, and someone on vacation is expected to figure out and calculate which drinks are free for everyone and which are only available to Royal Level members (something that was never mentioned at the time of booking). Half of the facilities at the property are closed off to “regular” all-inclusive guests: 3 pools, 2 bars, and a restaurant. Even the Olympic-size pool is not available to them without an additional charge (despite being advertised as part of the property’s offering in all the photos). Also, 2 restaurants on the property are not included in the all-inclusive package, nor are they included for Royal Level guests. The food is inedible—overcooked and tasteless. The fish and meat are neither properly cooked nor properly grilled; they are somewhere in between, and everything is swimming in oil. The selection is the same every day, which after five days means there is literally nothing left to choose from. In the rooms, ants share the bathroom with you, the air conditioning doesn’t work, the doors squeak... The water from the dispensers (tap water is not drinkable) has a strange, slightly salty taste, and bottled water is not included in the price. The soft drinks are not carbonated either (they also come from a dispenser). By the end of September, there isn’t much in terms of entertainment, and there are no longer any activities for children. There are only three entertainers for such a huge resort. They really do their best, but with so few people, they simply cannot provide a good-quality program. The evening concerts are held in a stuffy, smelly underground area instead of outside on the open-air stage, despite the pleasant temperatures.

El olor ambiental a aguas sucias por la proximidad a una central eléctrica, térmica y de aguas residuales
El producto que le echan a la piscina (no pude abrir los ojos durante 5-10’ tras bañarme en la piscina)
La separación del complejo en dos por la vía pública (bastante concurrida)
La dejadez y pasividad que se percibe del servicio (por ejemplo: El servicio de habitaciones se plvidó de las toallas de baño/ducha)
It’s was the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel - has been modernised since our last visit.The facilities and location were excellent. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
A double bed would have been preferred for the room allocated to us, instead of the two single beds.

Muy masificado y falta mantenimiento
Hôtel idéalement placé sur l'île pour accéder à tous les points d'intérêts. Très facile de se garer à toutes heures de la journée. L'hôtel propose de nombreuses activités (sportives, enfants...) tout au long de la journée et des spectacles (chanteurs, danseurs, acrobates...) tous les soirs. Il est pourvu de nombreuses piscines, d'un spa ainsi que d'un centre de sport. Il y a également des restaurants, un centre de location de vélo et un petit supermarché dans son encente. Il est également parfaitement desservi par des lignes de bus et des taxis.
La nourriture proposée est très variée dans les buffets mais pas de grande qualité (surtout pour des français...). Niveau écologie, on repassera également: les serviettes de toilette sont changées tous les jours et les assiettes débarrassées à chaque fois que l'on se lève de table. De nos jours, ce genre de fonctionnement doit être évité...
