Pros:

Location to airport was good

Cons:

Whole floor smelled bad like wetness and cigarettes. Unless you are going to the airport, there is nothing there. I would stay at Narita direct instead.

Pros:

Close to Naritasan which is great to explore.

Cons:

Bathroom was very dated, the shower curtain smelled very musty and stale and with the strong extractor fan, kept blowing on to the body whilst showering. Also the once per hour shuttle bus was rather frustrating! Breakfast items also felt rather ‘cheap’, so none of us enjoyed the experience.
