Stayed for 3 nights as a family, 2 adults and 1 child. Room was spacious (414) and beds comfortable.
Amazing location making it easy to walk to Galeries Lafayettes (approx 10 mins) in one direction and the Louvre (approx 15/20 mins) the other way.
Some lovely cafes and restaurants within walking distance for breakfast and dinner. Also bars around if you want a drink.
Neighbourhood felt really safe even in the evenings. Metro station Richelieu-Drouot is a few minutes walk away.
Reception were helpful and friendly upon check-in and offered us a map. Also happy to help on day of departure and pre booked us a taxi back to the airport.
I would definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to return to Paris.

Clean, good location for my needs. Staff were nice and Air Con was an absolute god send in the heatwave.
Facilities weren't much to speak of really, but it's Paris and I wasn't there to spend time at the hotel pool or spa
Breakfast was good selection and value for money. location was execellent as it was close to the metro and walking distance to many restaurants and the mall.
room was quite small for two people..elevator also could barely fit two people with luggae.
Very well located within walking distance from most of the sites. However the guest experience is very poor, we had no towels for 2 days when we asked we were told we needed to ask in the morning for towels which we did, but also not sure why you need to ask for towels in a hotel, we asked for a refill of the shower soap, also not done - again basic and simple items one expects in any hotel. I asked for guidance on a walking route also no help offered by the receptionist, how is a hotel on the middle of Paris not able to offer their guests some guidance?? Such a pity as the room size was nice and we were looking forward to our stay. Simple things but ultimately make a huge difference on your guests experience. Not acceptable
Terrible experience. Provided with inaccurate information. Room entered by hotel staff without permission while I sleeping and not fully clothed. Hotel decor is awful and dated. Rooms small, cramped with insufficient storage.
Pas grand chose
Ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas (sur les 2 jours de présence). Quand on est au 5e étage, ce n’est pas évident avec les valises.
D’autant plus qu’on ne nous dit pas que l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas et qu’au bout de 5 min, on retourne à l’accueil et on nous dit « effectivement il ne fonctionne pas souvent! ». Super!
Chambre très minimaliste, très petite et vraiment pas jolie, douche bof (à la manière d’un hôtel bas de gamme). Très mauvais rapport qualité-prix.
Vraiment déçue!
