Great location relaxing - only reason not 5 star was due to a security issue that was resolved quickly. Owners made us feel safe and comfortable for remainder of stay. Near restaurants and beach is 1 min. Would stay again.

This resort was fantastic because it ticked so many boxes – location, convenience, food, accommodation, and professional & welcoming staff.
Elena in particular is an extremely hardworking front desk operator who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and took extreme care to ensure the smallest details of our trip were perfect. I need to stress that everyone at this resort without exception was courteous and professional, but she is an absolute rockstar. She is very passionate about the island, was deeply knowledgeable and very sweet. She helped us book a day trip to Saint Barts and also helped recommend food/sightseeing options there and also in St Martin itself. If they have employee of the month, she would easily win every month. I cannot thank her enough for being a large contributor to us maximizing our vacation.
The resort itself is in a great location in orient Bay – short walk to restaurants and the supermarket. The breakfast buffet is great quality. While not an overwhelming variety of options, I like that it was simple and focused enough to get you going during the day. The free parking lot is a huge convenience; we rarely had trouble finding a spot.
The room was very spacious and clean. But the real surprise was the depth of amenities available in the room; full kitchenette, iron, desk, functioning safe, etc. A complete suite which could accommodate a long stay. Incredible value for money.
We were unlucky with the weather that week and couldn’t enjoy the beach at Orient Bay- but in St Martin it’s very easy to drive around and explore other beach options. The beach itself is beautiful but it seems is more susceptible to waves and stormy weather than other parts of the islands, at least from what we observed. Although I personally don't hyperfocus on swimming pools while at a resort, and much prefer going to the beach, this resort doesn't have a large noisy pool bar atmosphere like at an all-inclusive so people should take that into consideration.
Overall we have no complaints whatsoever the resort at all, highly recommend for anyone thinking of visiting St Martin.

Proximity to everything, the beach, and restaurant surround the areas.
No shops around
Very good hotel next to beach. Direct access to the beach with very nice and cool staff. We were as family and had a great stay. Nearby you have different restaurants and bars. The orient beach is 2 min walk where you find all kind of watersports.
The breakfast area is next to the beach with feet in the sand. Amazing. There are all kind of birds and iguans around.
The rooms are very large with a separate toilet. Even a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave is in the room.
We had s view from our balcony to the beach and sea.
You have a beachbar with all kind of drinks. The chairs are for free at the beach and drinks will be served by service personal.
All in all a place to be and to relax.
La atención de todo el personal, todos son cálidos en la atención y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrrisa. Una especial mención a Elena recepcionistas turno tarde y la chica de la mañana que hablaba español que no recuerdo su nombre. El personal del desayuno también muy amable y siempre con una sonrrisa.
Solo dos personas me trataron pésimo en la estadía. El personal que levanta las reposeras que me echó de la playa a las 5 de la tarde de muy mala forma y la recepcionista que cubrió una tarde. Tuve problemas de agua, no teníamos agua caliente, vino al cuarto muy prepotente y mal educada, me dijo que había una regulación en Francia que el agua no podía estar tan caliente, llevábamos 5 noches hospedadas y sabíamos que nos estaba mintiendo. Pretendía que nos bañaramos con agua fría. Luego nos cambia de habitación para bañarnos y el agua salió perfecto. No solo me molestó su mentira sino las malas formas que tenía.
Otro punto para mejorar es que usan mucho vinagre para limpiar. Y cuando entras a la habitación el olor es insoportable.
La teles no son Smart, estaría bueno que puedan cambiarlas ya que el público que reciben es internacional y de esa forma cada uno puede ver lo que quiera.

Plenty of food. Liked that they had salad and liked the quiche and fresh fruit.
The coffee wasn't very good, coffee in the room was much better. Could've had a little more variety rather than the same thing everyday. Food was a little bland but overall it was good.

Excelente em todos aspectos, restaurante e café da manhã frente ao mar pe na areia de ótima qualidade e diversificação, quartos muito confortáveis e limpos, do lado de um centro gastronômico noturno, serviço de praia com conforto e bom atendimento.

Joli établissement au bord d'une belle plage.
Néanmoins, le lieu est un peu isolé et ne dispose que de très peu de boutiques aux alentours (pour ceci il faut se rendre à Grande Case qui est quand même à 20mn env. en voiture et les taxis sont assez chers sur l'Ile).
La qualité du petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré
