Pros:

Huge room, we loved the pool and the breakfast and the staff were very welcoming.

Cons:

The room wasn't the cleanest, no hot water in the shower, I wish they had a coffee stand in the room, and the hallway smell funny.

Tolle Lage - und tolles Hotel - aber nicht mehr ganz neu und nicht alles benutzbar. zB kein Stöpsel in der Badewanne, ebenso Spa auf der Terasse nicht intakt.

Good value for money, if you don’t expect to stay in a resort like hotel
Pros:

Very nice decoration and location, it’s a very beautiful colonial house with large Rooms and the beautiful view to the sea

Cons:

The room missed the basics. Cutlery, glasses, extra blanket.

Delusione totale.
Pros:

Le opere d'arte, i quadri esposti, l'accoglienza al check in , posizione un po' scomoda da trovare.

Cons:

Struttura nel complesso datata, servirebbe un restauro completo. Servizio colazione solo a pagamento con scelta limitata. La colorazione inclusa è minima, tipo americana.....un uovo , una fetta di pane tostato, un caffè americano. Se vuoi cambiare qualcosina ....devi pagare un extra.

L’hôtel est beau, malgré tout nous avons passer un agréable séjour, mais ça ne vaut pas le prix.
Pros:

La localisation était top, la chambre est belle et grande pareil pour la salle de bain. La piscine est belle.

Cons:

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons dû payer le pré payement + cher que prévu. Suite à ça ils nous ont « upgrated » et je pense juste qu’ils nous ont fait payer cet chambre la.
La barrière de la langue ne nous a pas aidé. Lorsque nous avons voulu voir notre chambre de base ils nous ont dit qu’elle est plus disponible puis, 5 minutes après nous ont montré une qui était déjà occupé… tout ça pour qu’on finisse par accepter.

Dès le premier soir nous avons vu un cafard dans la salle de bain.
Puis nous n’avons pas le choix de payer des frais pour la femme de ménage même si nous ne voulions pas qu’elle passe tout les jours.

La decoration de l hotel incroyable avec toutes ses oeuvres d art.
Son emplacement merveilleux
Hotel de taille raisonnable ce n est pas un gros complexe
Taille des chambres parfaite

Cons:

On devait avoir un grand lit double on s est retrouvé avec 2 lits séparés sans possibilité de les regrouper, un changement de chambre a ete proposé mais avec une vue inexistante.
On devait etre en rez de chaussé on etait au 1er étage donc chambre non conforme a la réservation.
Hotel quasi vide donc pas de restaurant, pas de parasols, peu de personnel.
On nous a dit que ce n était pas la haute saison c est pour cela.

Me sentí como en casa.
Pros:

El ambiente tranquilo y la decoración interior del hotel muy agradable. El servicio atento y afable. El área de la alberca y la playa limpia y segura. Me quedaron ganas de regresar.muy recomendable!

Un hotel horrible

El concepto del museo con pinturas y estatuas. Se ve elegante el diseño alrededor de la recepción.

Cons:

1. Atención por parte del personal de recepción: Ese día me tocó un muchacho un poco arrogante y su atención al cliente me pareció como si fuera de una miscelánea.
2. Falta de mantenimiento: Apenas entré al habitación y abrí la puerta del balcón se detectó un atoramiento en la puerta y tuve que hablar con el muchacho de miscelánea para que atendiera un técnico de mantenimiento. Atendió inmediatamente, pero medio reparando..
Eleji la habitación porque tenía una tina del baño, pero la condición de ella fue horrible totalmente descuidado. Tomé decisión de meterme a la tina para disfrutar de ella por lo menos, pero en un poco tiempo después me espanté viendo una cucharacha flotando..
