Das Bad war schrecklich, zu klein, unbequem - ständig tropfte es von der Decke! WC funktionierte 50/50
Das Frühstück sehr sehr sehr bescheiden und primitiv!
Für check-out 50 Minuten gebraucht!!!
Nie mehr wieder hier!!!!

Extremely Disappointed

I did not like anything at all

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel.

When we first checked in, the room we were given was in terrible condition. It was extremely hot inside, especially during the heatwave, and it was almost impossible to stay in comfortably. We had to spend quite a while explaining the situation to the staff before they finally agreed to move us to a different room.

The biggest issue, however, was the parking. During check-in, we were told that parking costs $30, but no one mentioned that this was per day. Naturally, we understood it as $30 for our entire two-night stay. When we checked out, we were shocked to find out we were being charged $30 per day. That information should have been made clear from the beginning so guests can make an informed decision.

We spoke to the manager hoping to resolve the misunderstanding, but he was completely unhelpful. He just kept repeating the same response over and over without trying to understand the situation or offer any solution. It honestly felt like talking to a wall.

The room itself was nothing special either. For the price we paid, I expected a lot better. We’ve stayed at Holiday Inn before, and it was cheaper, much cozier, and even had free parking. This hotel just wasn’t worth the money. Between the confusing parking charges, the poor communication, and the attitude we received from the staff, I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable as will as the pillow.

Cons:

Do not care for the body wash soap etc. Rug in room dirty and needs to be updated. I paid over 300.00 dollars definitely not worth it.Requested a king bed and nice view at first the tired to put in me in a room 2nd floor queen bed and my view was the roof of the building that had worker working on something all day one day. Also did not get my pants for staying there yet they asked me if I had an account and they said they found my member number.

it was absolutely superb, but the restaurant is pricey
Pros:

we liked how well kept everything was, and how it looked even nicer than the photos.

Cons:

we didn’t like how expensive the restaurant was and would have liked if there were even just a handful of simpler dishes available.
