Pros:

Emplacement, piscine et terrasse, hôtel agréable

Cons:

Quand je suis arrivée, il y avait des déménageurs qui déplaçaient des matelas des chambres. L’ambiance était donc un peu bizarre et l’ascenseur inaccessible car ils l’utilisaient et le bloquaient pour le charger. La réception ne s’est pas excusée ou ne m’en a pas informé.

Accueil Reese, très désagréable, coffre, fort qui fonctionne pas non fixé, salle de bain, beaucoup trop petite et les toilettes très difficile d’accès avec des portes partout. Pas de miroir en pieds très désagréable, moquette de salle la chambre, on est obligé de la réclamer pour le nettoyage, après 14 heures qui était toujours pas fait photo de la piscine trompeuses mon charge pour les handicapés en panne

não gostei pois fecharam o local para tomar café para um grupo de japoneses.... em desrespeito aos demais hospedes.. também, no meu apartamento não tinha minibar... o que é o minimo de se esperar num hotel deste nivel ..

Not up to Mecure standard of hotel.
Pros:

Loved Arles. It is a great city to visit. We had a fabulous meal in L'Arlatan, I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
Location of this hotel was excelled. Good Breakfast. Staff. Parking. Bathroom was small but acceptable.
The receptionist was helpful when we complained (see below) as we completed check-out. However the manager could not be bothered to come and see us, although did agree to reduce the rate of the room by 20% to €180, which was the rate on display anyway so no great concession on their part. We did receive the Parking for free.

Cons:

Very small room, no wardrobe just a cheap hanging space, no proper desk or seating area. Air conditioning so noisy we had to turn it off. It was 32 degrees so not ideal. Safe did not work. No mini fridge so nowhere to keep water cool. Small window with view of next door's air conditioning unit in a wooden construction.
Hallway and lift were not clean. Hallway smelt musty and dirty. See pictures illustrating all of the above.
Bar shut at 10pm. Not acceptable in a 4 star hotel.
We had just been on a road trip to Portugal so had stayed in a few hotels across France and Spain, including two Mecure which both had been excellent. This was our last night and I cannot say how disappointed we were to have such a terrible room. At €217.00 it was at a price comparable or even more expensive with others that had been absolutely superb.

le petit déjeuner est bon. l’emplacement parfait pour visiter Arles et la déco intérieure très agréable. Chambre pas immense et vue boulevard correcte et wc séparé ce qui est appréciable (chambre N°104)

j'avais demandé une chambre au calme. et des lits jumeaux.
j'ai bien eut les lits jumeaux mais la chambre au calme était pile devant l'ascenseur chambre N°104,

Toller Stadt-Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang an der Reception mit super Empfehlungen für die Besichtigungen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und super im Zentrum. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig in den Zimmern. Vom Rooftop und Pool hat man einen schönen Ausblick über Arles. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Der Speisesaal ist sehr angenehm und lichtdurchflutet.

Cons:

In der Tiefgarage herrschte zeitweise etwas Chaos, da mehr Autos als Parkplätze eingelassen wurden. Das Badezimmer und WC unseres Zimmers (Nr. 30) war klein und eng.
