Cons:

Séjour réservé depuis un mois et demi, éloquent non ? Chambre dans laquelle on pouvait faire très difficilement le tour du lit. Coffre hors service. Equipement très moyen au tarif pratiqué. Suite à très vive réclamation, attribution d'une nouvelle chambre, plus confortable pour des personnes de notre age. La première chambre était indigne d'un établissement 4 étoiles.

O Mercúrio é excelente! Foi um.paraiso para nós que vínhamos de algumas decepções e na última, um apartamento em Arles simplesmente nem conseguimos ficar de tão horrível! Pagamos um preço com.otimo custi benefício. Tentamos reservar o Mercúrio para outras cidades, nas estavam bem.mais caros! Vale a pena! Os funcionários foram super atenciosos! O quarto é confortável e espaçoso, as amenidades de alta qualidade!

Cons:

Da cozinha fechar após as 21h. Não conseguimos comer nenhum sanduíche. Teríamos que ir a um restaurante próximo! A funcionária, gentilmente, me ofereceu um mix de nuts! Foi o que me salvou! Poderia haver algum salgado ou sanduíches prontos a dispôs dos hóspedes.

Personal schulungsbedürftig - Lächeln wäre schon ein Fortschritt. Lage des Hotels top.
Pros:

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Eigener Parkplatz.

Cons:

Personal unterkühlt bis abweisend. Frühstück sehr mäßig, am Sonntag völlig fehlende Frische, Obstsalat dem saisonalen Angebot in Südfrankreich absolut nicht entsprechend. Sauberkeit z.B. im Treppenhaus sehr dürftig.

Un emplacement idéal pour profiter du festival de la photo
Pros:

La chambre était confortable et fonctionnelle. L'hôtel est idéalement placé à côté du centre d'Arles, parfait pour profiter du festival de la photo.

Cons:

Le fait d'avoir une piscine est évidemment un atout. En revanche, le bassin un peu petit pour accueillir les clients qui souhaitent en bénéficier.

Pros:

L'Hôtel est idéalement situe au Centre d'Arles et bénéficie d'un parking privé et fermé, ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

Encore de la moquette dans les Hôtels. Dommage de ne pas installer un sol plus hygiénique.
