Eine Empfehlung
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, von der Rezeption bis zum Servicepersonal. Das Frühstücksbuffet außergewöhnlich umfangreich und absolut zu empfehlen. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer kann selber geregelt werden. Wenn ich wieder in Graz bin, würde ich wieder dort nächtigen.

Cons:

Die Reinigungsdame kam um 7:30 und um 9:45 Uhr einfach ins Zimmer. Ungewöhnlich am Abreisetag. Die Dame, welche für das Reinigungspersonal zuständig war, gab mir als Antwort dass sie ihre Sprache nicht spricht... Die Dame an der Rezeption hat sich entschuldigt und war sehr verständnisvoll.

L'esmorzar estava molt bé, amb molta varietat. Es troba molt a prop de l'estació principal de tren.

Pros:

Konum iyi.Sessiz sakin bir otel.

Cons:

Yastıklarda kan lekesi gibi yıkadıktan sonra kalan pembe izler vardı, banyodaki vücut havlusundada aynı lekeler vardı.Sorun etmedim ama bir daha burada kalmam. Resepsiyondaki erkek olan arkadaş çok soğuk davrandı.Sarışın uzun saçlı erkek çalışan. Terlik yok.
