Alles nur kein 4 Sterne Hotel
Pros:

1. Personal kann nicht grüßen, unfreundlich, bei Beschwerden wird dies ins lächerliche gezogen.
2. Nachttischlampen Defekt (keine Glühbirnen drinnen)
3. Handwaschbecken verstopft von Ankunft bis Abreise obwohl am 2.Tag gemeldet
4. Zimmer wurden keine Betten gemacht teilweise nicht einmal Mistkübel entleert.
5. Minibar abgelaufene Getränke und auch nicht aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Hotel ist alles andere aber nur kein 4 Sterne einfach nur eine Katastrophe.

Cons:

事前にベッド2台を確約しており、さらにチェックイン時にもレセプションにその旨を確認したいるにもかかわらず1ベッドの部屋だった。ルームチェンジ後も枕、タオルなど不足しており、その度にレセプションに行かなければならずストレスの固まりだった。レセプション業務はホテルの重要な業務。もう少しきちんとやらないといけない。
また、エアコンの効きも悪く、9月の暑い日にもかかわらずヒーターが入っていたのは驚き。レセプションにその旨伝えたが、スイッチを切ることが出来るにもかかわらず2日目も何もしなかった。

エアコンの効きが悪すぎ。おまけに9月の暑い日にもかかわらずヒーターが入っていた。信じがたい。レセプションがヒーターのスイッチを切ると言っていながら何もしなかった。

Good stopover in Graz
Pros:

Good location for a stopover in that it was easy drive in from the motorway, there is plenty of parking and it's only a 20 min walk from the historic centre of Graz which is very beautiful. You could also hop on a tram. The room was a little bit dated but clean. Breakfast was very good.

The air conditioning was terrible

Nähe zum Bahnhof, wir bekamen 2 Zimmer auf der ruhigeren Seite !! Genius Bonus!!

In dem Hotel gibt es nur Badewannen keine Duschen!! Nicht für Behinderte geeignet!!

Gostei do atendimento, da limpeza, do silêncio e da vista do quarto para as montanhas. Gostei de ter um ótimo supermercado ao lado. Gostei de estar em frente à estação de trem.

Nada a reclamar. A pé são 20 minutos caminhando para o centro histórico.
