Please note that the shuttle bus (NH Hotel Bus Number 1) from the hotel to the airport is available from 05:00 until 22:30 every half an hour (22:30 last bus to the airport). The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is available from 05:15 until 22:45 every half an hour (22:45 last bus to the hotel). It operates between Terminal 1, Hall B at arrivals and the hotel every 30 minutes. The shuttle bus cannot be booked in advance and has a maximum capacity of 16 people. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is free.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that dogs and cats are only allowed upon request and subject to approval.

Pros:

Zimmer sind grundsätzlich mit allem ausgestattet, was bei vier Sternen zu erwarten ist.

Cons:

Hotel liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und SB-Snackbar war einfach nicht in Betrieb.

I chose the location as it was a stopover and near the airport

Cons:

There is disregard towards the safety of guests. I had a stranger enter my room and he claim to be from housekeeping. He did not show ID and refuse to share his identity. I complained to front desk and they did not take it seriously. the manager was more polite but the front desk staff (a woman) surprisingly seemed unphased as if it were a normal occasion for a foreign man to barge into a woman's room. I am travelling solo, hence this would be a very serious breach of safety and invasion of privacy. The hotel did not take the matter severely and just shrugged the matter away.

Previously I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Now, it needs a total makeover. Better trained staff.

Elevator was out of service.
No air conditioning in the lobbies and hallways.
Poor communication with staff.
Room: barely sufficient air conditioning. Drawer broken. Shower needs repair.

Самое важное, что есть трансфер из аэропорта. Мы воспользовались несколько раз, чтобы потом из аэропорта доехать до центра и обратно.
Нам пришлось немного подождать, но потом нас заселили почти на три часа раньше формального часа check in. В номере есть кофемашина и капсулы

Cons:

Очень слабый кондиционер, практически, не чувствовался при жаре в 37 гр. Спасибо, получили маленький вентилятор, чуть-чуть стало лучше

No geral foi satisfatória, atendeu minhas expectativas.

tamanho do quarto e da cama, café e chá disponíveis

Cons:

Não conseguir abrir as janelas e o controle do condicionador estar quebrado sem me permitir alterar a temperatura que estava um pouco alta em relação ao calor que fez.
