Please note that the shuttle bus (NH Hotel Bus Number 1) from the hotel to the airport is available from 05:00 until 22:30 every half an hour (22:30 last bus to the airport). The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is available from 05:15 until 22:45 every half an hour (22:45 last bus to the hotel). It operates between Terminal 1, Hall B at arrivals and the hotel every 30 minutes. The shuttle bus cannot be booked in advance and has a maximum capacity of 16 people. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is free.
Shuttle bus costs 5€ per Person from the Hotel to the Airport, from Airport to the Hotel it is for free.
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen und das freundliche Personal.
Leider hat die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Bei Außentemperaturen von 35 °C war es dadurch im Zimmer unerträglich warm und wir konnten kaum schlafen. Sehr schade, denn eine funktionierende Klimaanlage wäre bei diesen Temperaturen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wirklich wichtig gewesen.

Needed a clean, quiet room for the night close to Frankfurt Airport since I had a morning flight. This checks all the boxes.

Very clean and pleasant. The location was great and the airport shuttle worked very well. The drivers of the shuttle bus were so courteous and friendly, a pleasure.
The only thing that was not good was that the aircon barely worked. In the beginning, I could not get it to work, because there were no clear instructions. After contacting reception regarding this issue, they explained how to get it to work, but even then, it hardly worked and the room was unpleasantly hot. At checkout, I mentioned this and they explained that indeed, the aircon is not working well.
Close to the airport. Clean, good-sized room. Good breakfast. Shuttle from airport to hotel is included.
Despite putting on the lowest setting, my room never cooled down, so it was stuffy and a little too warm.
It’s too bad the shuttle from hotel back to airport is not included.
The location is great, the shuttle buses are very helpful, the rooms are cozy, the breakfast was good.
The fridge in the room was not working and the lady on the reception said that all the rooms have this problem (what??) also the shuttle buses cost €5 for each person (not free as it says at the hotel message)

Shuttle busses are not free as the hotel describes - it’s €5 per person, when you go to the hotel to the airport.
Also some basic toiletries as hair conditioner, tooth brush, slippers are missing…
