Not fancy but not too expensive.
Pros:

Price was relatively low, staff was easygoing, room was clean, check-in and -out any time elf the day.

Cons:

No air-conditioning, no alcohol-free beers available, no information of WIFI-access in the room (one would have to pick up a flyer at the reception), parking would have been free of charge but there was no free spot.
