Perfekte Lage, Bushaltestelle keine 100 Meter entfernt. In circa 20 Minuten am Düsseldorfer Hbf.
Frühstück Abwechslungsreich, laktosefreie und glutenfreie Angebote.

Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer. Ruhige Umgebung.

Cons:

Wenn man früher als 16 Uhr einchecken möchte wird eine Gebühr von 10€ erhoben. Fußbodenheizung lief und hat das Zimmer zusätzlich zum sehr warmen Wetter über Nacht erhitzt. Beim Frühstück standen nur Suppenteller als Frühstücksteller zur Verfügung und es standen nicht genug Bestecke zur Verfügung.

Für einen Kurztrip in der Region Düsseldorf/Köln/Bonn geeignet, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück ab 6:30 Uhr. Hinweis: Sonntags erst ab 8 Uhr! Sehr helles Zimmer. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Keycode am Hoteleingang hat nicht funktioniert. War aber kein Problem, weil ständig Gäste rein und raus sind.

Würde das Hotel nicht unbedingt wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist für den Preis und für wenige Übernachtungen ok. Die Zimmer haben eine ansprechende Größe und ein sehr großes Badezimmer. Frühstück war in Ordnung- im Grund war alles da, was man zum satt werden benötigt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das wäre aber an sich gar nicht so schlimm, wenn die Hygiene dafür stimmen würde. Die Ablagen und das Kopfteil des Bettes waren sehr staubig und definitiv nicht für unser Ankommen gereinigt worden. Im Badezimmer an den Kacheln waren noch Gebrauchsspuren vom Vorgänger zu finden. Im Einzelzimmer unserer Tochter stand vielleicht mal ein Nachtschränkchen , wie man an den Gebrauchsspuren an der Wand erkennen konnte. Leider wurde aber versäumt eine neue Ablage oder wenigstens ein Nachtlicht wieder dort anzubringen. Die Dusche war mit einem kaputten Duschkopf - ohne eine Überschwemmung zu hinter lassen- leider nicht zu benutzen. Am Anreisetag fehlten im Doppelzimmer die Duschtücher, die an der Rezeption nachgereicht wurden. Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, aber ein neues Handtuch hinterlegt- die benutzten aber nicht mitgenommen. Am nächsten Tag wurde dafür das Bett gemacht, aber weder neue Handtücher gebracht noch benutzte weg genommen. Beim Frühstück wäre etwas mehr Service wünschenswert gewesen. Wenigstens die Tische sollten nach jeder Nutzung gewischt werden- das haben wir jeden Morgen mit einer Serviette selbst erledigt. Und ein freundliches "Guten Morgen", nach dem wir als Gäste dies dem Personal gewünscht hatten, wäre sehr erfreulich gewesen.
