hotel is good but needs to work on staffs and quality...but the breakfast was great
Pros:

breakfast was great..the receptionist were unfriendly i stayed 4 nights and the bathroom was never cleaned the bedsheets were never changed...

Cons:

i arrived at about 2pm and was told the check-in time was 4...but when filling the form online i had indicated that that i will arrive between 1-2...on arrival i was told to come back to check in at 4pm...i find that rude and unfriendly having been on a long flight and was very tired.

Pros:

The Stargaze is a nice and spacey hotel situated In an industrial area of Düsseldorf Suburb Hilden. It's quiet and I like the laid-back attitude, but staff is always there to help. Checkin is automated. You can walk to the lovely center of Hilden through a green area and park within 30 minutes. Düsseldorf Altstadt is 20-25 car-minutes away, public transport (S-bahn: tram, light-rail) options available too.

Cozy and quiet
Pros:

The room was cozy and (for the most part) clean, the breakfast - decent. Although the hotel is located in industrial zone the sounds isolation is very well done and you can enjoy peaceful sleep

Cons:

The bathtub was very obviously not cleaned, gross. The TV signal was extremely bad, impossible to watch anything. The city centre is not too far, but would take a trip, especially for those without car. Neighbourhood can only offer one supermarket

Das Hotel hat alles was man für einen Kurztrip braucht, aber man sollte keine Wunder erwarten.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und sauber, es war alles ok und für eine Übernachtung war es absolut annehmbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wurde bei booking.com als sehr gut angegeben, aber das ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Es war zwar völlig ok, aber die gekochten Eier z.B. waren mindestens 1-2 Tage alt, und damit ist die Bewertung als sehr gut schon ausgeschlossen.

STARGAZE - EIN ZUGANGSCODE für alle Eingänge - Empfehlenswert aber bissl Nachholbedarf
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, kurzfristig früherer Check In uber 4 Stunden früher möglich für 10 € Gebühr.

Tiefgarage ebenfalls für 10 € pro Tag.

Gutes Frühstück mit verschiedenen aufgebackten Semmeln, Croissants und ausreichend Auswahl an Ceralien, Joghurt Säften, Tee und Kaffee und auch Wurst und Aufstrich sowie Obst.

Auf Nachfrage auch laktosefreie Milch.

Lage am Stadtrand in Nähe zu Lidl ca 10 min fußläufig.

Snackautomaten vorhanden sowohl mit kalten Getränken als auch mit kleinen Snacks. Nähe Rezeption ebenfalls die Möglichkeit Kaffeegetränke gegen eine humane Gebühr zu erwerben Infos Teebeutel und Heißwasser.

Cons:

Von Tiefgarage aus zum Hoteleingang erste Stufen nicht barrierefrei keine Rampe.

Zimmer ohne angeschaltete Heizung sehr hochgradig temperiert.

Minimalistische Ausstattung OHNE WASSERKOCHER oder kleinen KÜHLSCHRANK sehr unvorteilhaft.

Bad nur bedingt sauber vereinzelte Haare zurückgeblieben. Wasserstärke bzw. Intensität des Duschkopf und die Möglichkeit der Temperierung bedingt unbrauchbar nicht regulierbar. Einstieg zur Dusche nicht barrierefrei und sehr hoch.

Tatsächlich gibt es vor der Eingangstür direkt Parkplätze für E-Fahrzeuge aber nicht einen einzigen für Behinderte Personen. Ist ja auch wichtig, man sein Auto direkt vor der Tür aufladen kann, aber behinderten bzw beeinträchtigten Personen ein viel weiteres laufen zugemutet wird. Sollte eher umgekehrt sein.
