Lage gut, großer Bettenbunker mit überfordertem Personal
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, wenn man Meetings in der Nähe des Flughafens abhalten möchte

Cons:

Personal war distanziert, mit der eigenen Technik überfordert und auch noch mehrmaligen Aufforderungen per E-Mail und Kontakt versuchen. Per Telefon wurde noch keine Rechnung zugeschickt. Bei Aufenthalten als Dienstreise ist dies absolut in akzeptabel und daher ist das Hotel in keiner Weise zu empfehlen.

Good location if visiting west London
Pros:

Room was on 5th floor and was very quiet. Buffet breakfast was well stocked with everything you would expect. Minifridge in room with 2 cartons of water. 5/10 min walk from the Underground and bus station. Complementary drink token if you agreed not to have your room cleaned for one day of your stay (as a green initiative).

Cons:

Bedroom felt a bit dated and could do with a refresh. Shower screen was also showing it's age around the hinges, and the shower itself was ok, but nothing special. Aircon in room was more of a fan blowing coolish air - it needed to be on constantly at it lowest setting (as it was extremely warm outside). As a solo traveller, staff were a bit too keen to clear away used plates/cutlery at breakfast time, which could also be very busy. On one occasion I'd gone up for something else from buffet and the table had been reset on my return.

For the unassuming travelers

- 2 metro lines (or even more) nearby and easy to reach most landmarks
- Nice breakfasts
- Kids room for breakfasts
- Pleasant staff
- Pretty good option for not a lot of money

Cons:

- Huge and not cozy hotel with veeeeeeery long corridors
- Pretty old complex and furniture not so modern
- Only 1 lift worked for whole big complex during our accommodation

Sijainti on oikein hyvä jos kaikki metrolinjat toimii. Hotelli on loistavasti piccadilly linjan varrella, mutta nyt ei ei juuri vierailun aikaan sitten ollut saatavilla. Se ei tietenkään ole hotellin, mutta hyvä huomioida, että hyvät yhteydet tarvitaan. Muutoin matka esim. keskustaan kestää. Hotelli ehkä kaipaisi paikoittain vähän päivitystä kalusteisiin jne. Kaikki oli kuitenkin siistiä ja se on pääasia.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut und praktisch, vor allem wegen der Nähe zur Hammersmith-Station.

Cons:

Das Housekeeping war unzureichend. Das Zimmer wurde – wenn überhaupt – nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Obwohl wir mehrfach darauf hingewiesen haben, dass das Zimmer gründlich sauber gemacht werden sollte, erschien das Housekeeping an einem Tag gar nicht. An den folgenden Tagen wurden lediglich die Decken gerichtet, jedoch nicht einmal aufgeschüttelt. Die Bitte um einen Wechsel der Bettbezüge wurde ignoriert.

Auch im Badezimmer wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt; die Handtücher wurden zwar gewechselt, mehr jedoch nicht.

Von sechs Aufzügen waren während des gesamten Aufenthalts drei außer Betrieb.
