Good location, very close to tube and bus stations. Bed was comfortable and the view from the room was great (7th floor). The bar was nice to sit in.
Feels like self service hotel. You have to ask for everything. In the first night we realised that the conditioner dispenser is empty (so no checking between guests). Remote wasn’t working. We had to ask again and again for coffee and water refills. That’s pity, because the hotel really has a great potential to be excellent.
Also, water pressure is really low, and no shelves in the closet (only hanging).
Clean rooms and good location in Hammersmith which made life simple for us while on vacation
The breakfast was disappointing. We stayed there for 6 nights but every morning breakfast was exactly the same menu. Nothing changed.

Le fait que la chambre soit équipée d’un petit réfrigérateur, très bonne literie, la vue de la chambre, le hall de l’hôtel très spacieux et agréable.
L’emplacement géographique très pratique.
Impossible d ouvrir les fenêtres meme partiellement pour aérer naturellement la chambre.
La moquette était certes propre ( l’aspirateur a été passé) mais virement très tachée, très ancienne et d apparence sale.
Les prises de courant non équipées de prises usb, manque de style en comparaison du standing et de la qualité de la zone d’accueil de l’hôtel.
2 ascenseurs non fonctionnels.

The staff was friendly and always ready to help.
The room was basic, but had everything we needed for 5-7 days.
1. On our first day of arrival, we were surprised to find ourselves required to pay a £200 "deposit" in addition to the stated price of the reservation. Reception informed us that this was hotel policy, but we noted that this additional charge was not mentioned on the hotel website, Booking.com, or in our prior communication with the hotel before our arrival.
We were required to pay this deposit, but we are still unsure whether it will be activated in 1-2 months or not.
Note to Booking.com: Please ask for a more detailed description of the payment terms.
2. The TV channel selection is fairly basic.
3. The main entrance hard to find, and to enter to the hotel reception is up a flight of about 40 steps from main street.
4. Value for money: 3 out of 5.

No Air conditioning. Room was very very hot.
This hotel was in a fantastic location, with good sized rooms which had everything we needed. The staff were fantastic and it was great value for money.
Twee keer deurkaartje kwijtgeraakt...dat was geen probleem.
Ontbijt was prima!
Complimentary upgrade at check-in. Spacious room with everything you needed. Lovely Bar area.

El trato del personal de recepción y el restaurante.Fue muy muy muy FRIO y no empatizan.
It is in a nice location, just needs rooms to be updated, and same for the tv system, what modern hotel doesn’t have netflix on the TV? Otherwise all good really!
