Good. Would visit for Queens. Reception were lovely and helpful. Breakfast staff fairly sullen. Car parking was good.

Pros:

Great location, nice bar and restaurants, good sized bedroom with comfortable beds. The staff were all lovely.

Cons:

Bathroom was quite dated. There was a socket and light switch beside one bed but not the other. Bathroom door was glass so let light into room at night.

Great location in quiet area with excellent transport links
Pros:

First time at this hotel and very impressed. Excellent location for visiting the tennis at Queens! Also near the tube stations with fast links into central London. Staff were all very helpful and bar area comfortable enough and nicely decorated. The room on the third floor was spacious and the bathroom was spotless, as were the beds. I gave 4 stars because the soundproofing isn’t great. We found here people in the rooms either side.
