Would not come back again for this price that I am paying.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning was good.

Cons:

For the price, it really felt like we were overcharged. The space was a bit tight, and gym was small and did not have much equipment.

バスタブがある、荷物をチェックアウト後も預かってくれる。

Colazione, buonissima e molto abbondante

stanza per mangiare in tranquillità con i figli mentre loro giocavano con molti giochi messi a disposizione dalla struttura

Nice location. Adjacent parking if you want to pay.

Cons:

Bath plug was faulty and had to shower in a puddle.
Breakfast ok but coffee out of a machine, poor selection of fresh fruit, vegetables and incredibly boring selection of cheese.
No sweetener available in room only sugar.
Bombardedwith emails prior to stay asking me to upgrade etc...

Bene, ma non rispecchia lo standard degli altri hotel della catena

posizione eccellente. un bellissimo hotel in una zona tranquillissima. metropolitana molto vicina e fermata del bus a 2 minuti a piedi. l'hotel è grande e ben organizzato. cena comoda e gustosa, colazione discreta

Cons:

la colazione non è all'altezza degli altri Novotel. addirittura ci hanno chiesto di pagare un extra per ottenere delle uova alla coque, che è pazzesco.
inoltre, un giorno abbiamo trovato la stanza non pulita e gli asciugamani non cambiati, perchè l'avevano saltata.
la sala dei giochi, dedicata ai bambini, è stata aperta solo di mattina, durante la colazione. in teoria doveva essere aperta h24, e non si capisce chi abbia deciso gli orari di apertura/chiusura.
la cosa più assurda è stata però vedere un topolino mentre eravamo a cena al ristorante. quando l'abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno offerto dei cocktail, ci hanno detto che avrebbero fatto intervenire qualcuno, ma poi non abbiamo saputo più nulla. sembravano tutti tranquilli e a loro agio, dal punto di vista emotivo hanno gestito molto bene la situazione.
